Ordered crazy puffs online, went and picked it up and came back home. Opened the box and there was 4 stale old looking crazy puffs drenched in oil as if it’s been sitting for hours. The cheese on them was turning like a translucent color because of how old they were. I was upset I didn’t check the box before I left the store..they clearly gave me ones that have been sitting out. I’ll never go back to this location. This location is notorious for things like this as it’s happened to me and several others before. I won’t be giving them the benefit of the doubt anymore and will go to the LC a little farther from my house.

WORST pizza experience I think I’ve ever had.
We had just placed an order an hour before leaving this review. It was for 1 Hawaiian, 1 thin crust pepperoni, 1 Italian cheese bread and 1 pizza puff plus marinara sauce. Not only was the pizza horrible, but they somehow got almost everything in the order wrong except for the Hawaiian.
The worst was the italian cheesebread which is our favorite. We usually get it on 10 mile/Ryan, and this looked NOTHING like it. It was NASTY. I took 1 bite and nobody wanted to touch it. The worker was pouring some stuff on it at the end as they were preparing it. I have no idea what sauce it was but it’s supposed to be CHEESEbread, aka thick, fluffy CHEESE ON TOP not whatever junk they put on. It was salty, sour and inedible and I usually LOVE salt.
The thin crust was not thin crust, but regular. It tasted sour and excessively salty again. The pizza puffs were dry and the cheese barely melted/raw. It came apart like dust in my mouth when biting it. They also forgot to give me the marinara sauce and BARELY cut either of the pizzas meaning they fell apart when we tried to eat them. It seemed like there was ZERO attention given to my order even though we were the only customers in the store.
We were starving and in a rush so I didn’t check my pizza before leaving the door because I never thought they could screw it up this bad. I was amazed when we got home. Everything was a mess, just everything. Horrible.
I’ll never buy there again. Ever.
Also, we originally tried to phone the order in, but after waiting 10 minutes with no contact, we just placed the order online. That should’ve been our first warning.

We ordered 6 pizzas, and what we got was 1 good pizza and 5 bad, almost uncooked pizzas. The jalapeño pizzas look as if they took a fist-full of jalapeños and threw it on there. The dough doesn’t even look cooked at all, and what made this experience the worst is that the person who served us put the good pizza on top to make it seem as though everything was alright, and was smiling through it all, thinking they can fool us. Absolutely disgusting! Never am I eating here ever again. And neither should you! Not only did they serve me raw, uncooked pizza with the toppings not even evenly distributed, but these savages put the only decent looking one on the top of the stack to make it look like all of them were cooked. Never eat here in your life unless you want to be miserable for the rest of your life.

The guy that was making the food put a piece of pepperoni on our pizza and because of religious reasons we cannot eat anything that has pepperoni in it. I took it back in and asked for new box, showed him the pepperoni and he was hesitant about giving a new box but did it anyways. All good. We go back to pick up the new box and he showed us the pizza saying it’s good now but the cook in the back came out and said “it was perfect the first time” sounding very arrogant and disrespectful. It was laughed off but that was disrespectful seeing as that there was a pepperoni piece in the pizza the first time. Also the cook had his hair out up to his shoulders but had No hair net, no nothing. So who knows what kind of stuff is going in the food

Place is nasty. Ordered a pizza and puffs. Pizza was half cooked. All vegetables were cold as if they were added after it gone through the oven. Cheese wasn’t completely melted. Puffs was hastily packed unwell. I contacted corporate and demanding a refund. RIDICULOUS place. I know LC isn’t much of a pizza but dang at least try.

this location is light years better then the one right by me. Andrew is a solid manager with good people skills and always has the food ready for you. I’ll continue driving 10 minutes round trip instead of 10 seconds. don’t go to the one on Campbell and 13 Mile, go that extra mile and see Andrew!!

I wanted 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni sausage. Still ate it but hardly any sauce everything was on one side. Leaking out of the box. I looked at it real quickly before leaving which I regret not taking the time to look. Smh. I’m.done with this place. The other one I usually go to it was to hot something to do with oven. My son used to work and I never problem the manager left as well I see why. Smh.
