On November 21st we ordered 7 pizzas and 5 out of our 7 pizzas were terrible. The pictures below are what they looked like, so bad we couldnt pick the slices up. They were so thin that the toppings were stuck to the box and I could see right through and you could see through them. I called and I was asked if I wanted them to redo them but we were going on vacation and I couldn’t wait so she said that I could get them on a later day and she gave me her name. Today is 12/19 and I went to ask about getting them today and was told that it was too late. This is unacceptable. We dont eat pizza that often. I paid $71 for that crap. I will never visit this little ceasars again. Their service has gone down hill and I have always given them the benefit of the doubt but I will no longer be going here.

Incredible experience. We ordered our food at 4:11, online, and it was to be ready by 4:35. My wife was picking it up and left at 4:40 without it being put in the oven. She needed to come home, so I headed back there before running an errand. At 4:50, it still wasn’t in the oven, but we received a notification that it was done at 5:11. I headed back in to complete madness. There were 12 people in the lobby, one counter worker and only 2 people in the back that we could see. Both appeared to be doing the best they could but being completely understaffed wasn’t helping. By 5:25 I was called on and they said my order wasn’t prepared yet. I asked, how did I get an email that it was ready at 5:11. Unfortunately, he had no explanation. Now, we’ve got pizzas stacking up in the back, doordash drivers waiting, people looking to place an order, and those of us looking for our orders. Complete chaos! One lady got 3 of 5 pizzas and said, I can’t wait any longer and walked out with those. Meanwhile, the front counter worker went to the back and a few minutes later came back with his hat and hoodie on. We said, see you outta here….he said, yep, I can’t take anymore today and need to leave. The two back workers had no idea when they came up 5 mins later! Around 5:35, the worker was trying to get food to the customers and people were taking what they could get. I had 2 orders of pizza puffs and breadsticks. Thankfully, there were some stacked in the back he handed me. After I got home and looked at the stickers I realized they were someone else’s. This isn’t the first time we’ve had long wait times or orders sloppily made. Whoever runs this store needs to figure it out.

Waited 25 minutes (yes, actually 25), when I placed a mobile order. See photos for reference- the crazy puffs looked disgusting and so disappointing. Italian bread was literally stuck to the box and burnt. Extremely disappointed and will be going back for a refund.
Update: I want back to get a refund but accepted a remake of the crazy puffs. I waited TWENTY MINUTES to get my food. People who got to the restaurant after me got their food before me! And the food still looked horrible! I’ve added a picture of the new food too. Words can’t explain how irritated I am! I hope someone from the uppers contacts me!!

I always order the thin crust. It has been hit or miss on how well it’s made at this location but never enough for it to be a huge deal. HOWEVER, a few weeks ago I went in and got my pizza out of the portal box. I got home and it was just a regular hot and ready. So I drive back to the store only to be told they are all out of thin crust. Okay, so why would you not tell the person that when ordering? Like why hide it and hope I don’t complain. On top of the fact that the thin crust is a high price point. So they refunded my money and took back the pizza meaning I wasted 2 trips and got nothing.
I moved on because of a the convenience location and I got pizza again last week. They forgot to cut it. Like legit. No cuts. Fine, not a super huge issue.
But then again yesterday, I go to pick up my THIN CRUST pizza. I get it from the portal, get in my car….and I decided to open it. It was a freakin’ hot and ready again. So I go inside and let them know it’s the wrong item. He then tells me he doesn’t have any thin crusts available. Okay but why not tell me? Why not see if I want to cancel or get something else. Why just put a CHEAPER pizza in a portal and hope it’s no big deal. AGAIN!!!! So he gets a manager to refund it, they take the pizza away, and I told the manager that this was not the first time and that it is completely sketchy that instead of telling us they are out, they keep trying to replace it with a cheaper pizza. She just said she was sorry and that they’ll try to do better in the future.
What??? So again, went home without any food after wasting my time. The least they could have done was try to offer me a replacement at a later date or offered to make something else. There was no sincerity in the apology or accountability for trying to cheat me again.

I am HORRIFIED. Yesterday afternoon I was in this location to get lunch. The man who took my order was a short blonde hair boy name Anthony. Before he went to grab my food he was scratching a big cold sore on his top lip and never washed his hands!! I told him I didn’t want him touching my food and please have someone else get it.
The cute heavy set man with the ponytail brought my food out and he was just the sweetest. When he brought my food he made sure I had napkins and double bagged my Pepsi for me. He was worth a 5 star review but I can’t leave one when his co worker ain’t clean or sanitary with food.
I still can’t believe this man was scratching his herpes in front of me and thought it would be acceptable to touch my food after smh do better!!! I will never be back.

I came back to this little Caesars location to give them another chance. I had written another review that was not positive. But I had a great experience this time. I called ahead and ordered eight pizza puffs. And when I got there, the young man greeted me. Answered my question about my order. He even said, allow me a moment to go wash my hands. Before retrieving my order out of the waiting area. He was very friendly. Very very helpful. And the pizza puffs were delicious. His name was Yousif, I know I’m spelling it wrong he spelled it for me. And it starts with an I. But it’s pronounced the way I spelt it is the way I heard him say his name. So I would like him to get the credit he deserves for being a very good employee!! He was great !

Pizza is made horribly … my crust was paper thin… and I did NOT order thin crust. The pizza was raw… i don’t think they let the dough rise a bit before they slap it in the oven… it was absolutely gross! This isn’t the only time this happened to me!!! I will be contacting their corporate office on this reoccurring issue.

Worst pizza ever that came from there! I guess I should have looked at the reviews before i went. Years ago we went here often cuz I grew up in the neighborhood. Today’s tasted like it was yesterdays pizza and the cashier shorted me $2.00 in change! I didn’t go back to ask for it cuz I figured they don’t make much but when i got home and tasted the pizza and how awful it is i got mad so i am leaving this review. Where is the owner? Why isnt he taking pride in his business? I’ll never go back to this. How disappointing. We Will find a new favorite pizza close to us.
