Stuffed crazy bread,The only reason I gave 13 Mile and Harper Little Caesars another chance,is because the one on 11 and Harper said it would take up to 20 minutes just for stuffed crazy bread. Picked up my order got home and the pizza and breadsticks were still very doughy. Called 8 times no one answered. Came up there and the manager said that’s how there suppose to look like that it’s the Grease they were Definitely not done because a guy also came in right before me and said the same thing. Also I heard the kid working there telling a lady that they had to put her pizza back in because it wasn’t done all the way. Will not be coming back to this location.

If y’all are gonna make people wait and wait and wait in the lobby for 45 minute late pickup orders because you hire snails instead of people (it was not busy at all), the least you can do is offer a bench for people to sit on. There’s room for 2-3 benches in the lobby. Just sayin’.

I come in at 9:45 on two different occasions with a pregnant wife and working a double. Each time they say they cannot and will not make me my food that I want. Ridiculously lazy staff that do not want to do the job they have. So what do I do when I’m pissed i order food out of spite and instead of one pizza I ask for four. Instead of one regular bread I ask for four. Forcing them to remake the pie as fresh as can be. I’m done with lazy l. If I was lazy I would be fired.

I just wanted to take a moment and shine some light on an employee who served me today. I’ve been to more Little Caesars than I can count, and I’ve never been more impressed with my service. This person got straight down to business and took my order. I didnt have to wait long at all. Without having to ask, this gentle men offered me napkins and spared me a couple paper plates. Good customer service is hard to come by, and the fact that he went out of his way just to make sure I was good says a million words. My pizza was ready on time, fresh, and made my day. My guy, if you’re reading this, I appreciate you a ton. Keep it up.
