This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We ordered the new stuffed crust crunch pizza; waited for a very long time and when we finally got our pizza it was undercooked and inedible.

Highly inappropriate. Was waiting in line behind a customer and his toddler son. They bought 10+ pizzas. The son was visibly excited for the pizza and really wanted bread. He kept excitedly asking his dad for BREAD BREAD BREAD
After the father and son walked out the staffing took it upon them self to mock and make fun of a 5 year old at that. Mind you it’s busy. There’s a fully lobby at this point. As they were loudly mocking and making fun of the child, him and his father walked back in to get none other than BREAD for the kid.
Highly unprofessional to be making fun of customers that just spend a good hunk of money supporting your business. Shame on that whole pizza staff and cashier. Pathetic.
And poor kid and father for having to walk into them speaking about his child like that.

At just before 7 p.m. on a Friday, surprise (not), this place is slammed!
But they are knocking the orders out like pros. The lady taking orders is focused, quick, professional, and dealing with any mistakes immediately & politely.
I just walked in. When she finished handing another their order, she took mine. She said it would be 10 minutes and I walked out the door – order in hand – 10 minutes later.
A well-oiled machine. Well done.
Got to say, I’m disappointed in all the 1 star reviews that say something like “they’re usually good…..” or “never had a problem before….”. If they’ve been good previously, why didn’t you review before? Or, why not use those other visits with this poor one and get an average instead of ignoring all your prior good trips in? If you’ve been somewhere 15 times and had 1 bad experience, mention it but don’t forget the other 14.
It makes no sense.

Asked to get clean cut and the girl I asked failed to follow my request when I asked several times and she said she would and of course my son had a serious allergic reaction because of her failure to simply follow the request! Next time someone asked to get clean cut don’t say yes and not do what was told!!!

Just bought a pizza last night for my kids, they ate half, brought the rest to work for them to eat today and the last piece they left for me… its got mold in multiple places. Noticed after I took a bite. Absolutely disgusted and now I’m fearing for my children’s health. I will be expecting a full refund when I go to them after work.

They never put butter and parmesan cheese on the bread. It’s always just plain bread. Also the pizza is a hit or miss it’s never hot. I gave 3 stars because the workers are usually nice food just sucks.
