Horrible service! Ordered six pizzas for my son’s birthday party and when we went to get them they told me they threw them away! Apparently they have a policy they have to after so much time, but never told us prior to the order, nor did they call before throwing them away!Granted yes we were late, but be better at your information and have better customer service! The lady with the tattoo on her face needs to do better!

They never have any pizzas or bread sticks ready even at their busiest times. And the food quality is poor and it’s getting worse. I ordered breadsticks and cheese and the breadsticks were so small and the cheese was only filled up a quarter of the the cup and biggest breadstick in the order was thinner than my fingers.

I needed some bread sticks to go with our meal at home. Stopped in they didn’t have any ready but she said it would only take 3 mins for fresh bread sticks. Bread sticks were done in under 5 mins and tasted great and priced cheap. Staff was nice.

Is there such thing as hot and ready anymore? I am always having to wait for ANYTHING…doesn’t matter what it is. Breadsticks are just not flavorful like they used to be. Not enough cheese on them. Most times seems like people in the back are sitting around while customers are waiting for their order to be taken. This used to be a very good location but am slowly losing hope .

Doesn’t matter how early you call in your order or ask it to be ready at a certain time. Once getting there, always have to wait a half hour for it to be ready. Customer service also putts around not acknowledging there are people up front.

The only appeal to Little Caesars (for me) over the years has been the price. It was not more convenient, it was not better tasting, and there was nothing about the restaurant that appealed versus its competitors other than the price of course. After a few months of not having it, I went to Little Caesars to get some pizzas for a party because I needed several and I prefer to go to the cheapest place if I’m buying a bunch. Sadly, Little Caesars is no longer any more affordable than its competitors. A supreme pizza is $14.49 before tax, and the upcharge to stuffed crust is $5 before tax. $19.49 for ONE pizza. Granted, the price inflation this year has sucked, but until now they had srill been the cheaper option.
The same pizza at Pizza Hut is $20.32 after tax. In my opinion, Pizza hut pizza is better tasting with less grease.

The little shop is dirty. From the ceiling to the floors. The counters the windows the display cases. I bet the chairs have not ever been cleaned. The staff are usually great and the pizza needs attention. They most always just dump your toppings in the middle.

Gotta love Pizza Pizza! Love this place, I always call ahead because I get my pizza double cut (16 slices instead of 8) and never a complaint. Also the Manager/Owner Christina is one nice lady. Always a smile even on the busy busy days.

I love this pizza. Never any problem at the Brazil location except for this past Sunday. My boyfriend walked in ordered pizza. Was told it would be done in 10-15 minutes. Another couple came in after him and ordered. We sat in car. After 10 minutes my boyfriend went in. The girl called the name of the people that ordered after him and handed them their pizza and they left. Boyfriend waited. Another 10 minutes go by. I finally got out of the car and walked in knowing my boyfriend will probably just stand there all day instead of saying something. I asked the girl if our pizza was ready. She said she didn’t know. I asked, “Well who does know?” She was counting down her drawer so i waited till she finished. She turned around, opened up the door on the pizza warmer and grabbed our pizza. It was sitting there the entire time. And no other customers had come in to order except that one couple so you would think she would remember him and figure out why he is standing there.
