Ordered through the app and used the automated pickup system where your pizza is placed in a dedicated warmer.
When I arrived, most of the pizzas were put into the wrong compartment, which completely defeated the purpose of the system. The concept is convenient, but it only works if it’s used correctly. Hopefully this was just a training or attention issue, because the setup itself has real potential when handled properly.

So came here at the last 10 mins of them being open. The gentleman there let us have the food that had sat for a lil while for a great discount. And I was hungry. Exceptionally great attitude and excellent people skills. A true sweetie. Everytime I’m in there he’s so nice and helpful. Great worker….

Pizza is inherently good, so we ate it anyway, but not good enough to try again. One slice went right to trash. It was all bubble dough

Disappointed in the lack of service every time I try to order in store. It’s 50/50 on if I am greeted and even when told “we’ll be with you in a minute”, it’s always at least 15 minutes or so before they take your order. Tried to go twice today with no success. Waited 20 minutes the first time and 12 the second. Walked out both times. They seemed to be missing items on the orders they were putting together (for the grubhub or doordash guy in front of me). There were two people making the orders and two people packing out the orders. There was an older lady walking around / helping at the register that was wearing the dirtiest hoodie. It had tears and stuff / stuff dirt all over it.
Highly disappointed that they have not updated their online ordering to allow for the purchase to be made with a gift card.

If you have them make the pizza fresh it is great other wise I would not suggest getting a hot and ready they are usually old and cold

We ordered a Pepperoni Stuff Crust pizza. It was nasty. It was so so soggy. Even the kids turned it away after 1 bite. Never getting Little Caesars ever again.

Our Little Caesars excursion was GOOD . The pizza was very tasty… the price, hmmm not so much, but it was satisfying and GOOD, so it’s all…GOOD!!
Went to Little Caesars again this evening, and the pizza was very tasty. My husband ordered ICB, and it actually had pepperoni on it… that’s unusual but tasty also!
Gettin’ little Caesars pizza tonight. Gonna try the pizza and bread stix all in one. Hope its good!
**UPDATE: well, the pizza was good (after I heated it up in the oven), but the bread sticks were really flat and tasteless, and both were cold when we got them. …a sad day for a pizza eater! But it’s cool, everyone drops the ball once in a while.

I called and asked for a pepperoni pizza. I was told that the pizzas were hot and ready. I then proceeded straight there. I walked in and asked for pepperoni pizza and was informed that I would need to wait. The manager promptly apologized and resolved the issue. Although the wait was irritating, the way in which the manager handled the situation is the reason I am leaving 5-star review.
