I usually don’t complain because I worked in food service for 15 years, but literally every single time I come here I am always waiting 15 to 20 minutes for our food. Every single time. I personally don’t believe that Little Ceasar’s should have the slogan ‘Hot and Ready’ when there’s literally never anything ready. I don’t know if it’s an employee staffing issue or what, but I would really like to be able to come get pizza without waiting for a long time. The employees are always helpful and nice, so I don’t think that’s the issue, but Little Ceasar’s should really change their slogan because it’s false advertising at this point.

Food is overall a good fresh quality but low stars because for the second time in a month they got my order wrong. I did in store pick up both times and the first time I had a missing items and the second, tonight, I got an incorrect item. Feedback site wasn’t working so wanted to send this over as it’s starting to become a trend and the receipts on the pick up boxes has the correct order, just not the contents of the box.

My total was $14 & I paid with a $20 bill but the chubby girl works there gave me back only $1 and some change so I had to ask what my total actually was. She immediately knew what she did & that she was trying to finesse me so she said oh here’s your actual real change & handed me the $5. Walked in to order my lunch, the music was very loud and inappropriate. Lots of bad language. So loud that when the phone rang, he had to plug one ear just to be able to hear the call. Food is usually good, but this atmosphere is definitely not family friendly.

Quality testing is needed as the food we received after waiting 25 minutes should have never been allowed out of the kitchen. The only solution offered was to wait another 25-30 minutes to have them remade without any guarantee of them being any better. Our pizza was soggy and thin in the middle so each slice was not even a full slice. The crazy bread was dark brown little hard pucks I could bang on the table like drum sticks. What a waste of money! Does little caesars even believe in “Hot and ready” anymore?

Updated review: new location by roadhouse always closed with no signs on the door indicating this during normal business hours! Always out of toppings to fulfill orders! Placed an order online today for pickup. Arrived 40 mins later, order not done or even started and only one employee working!
This place is disgusting, and even worse, has disgusting customer service. Came in today to get my kids a quick meal, and I get home it’s mold in the cheese cup. I call the store, they say bring the cup back and they’ll call their GM to see what they can do. I come back, the young guy at the counter opens the cheese, sees the mold, smirks and laughs. He finally says he’s sorry, as he’s still smirking and laughing, and says he was told he can only offer another cheese cup. They supposedly checked the other fully stocked cheese cups and they were ok. Yea right. Why would I take a chance with another potentially contaminated cheese cup? Couldn’t get a refund on the breadsticks, no other offer to make it right, besides a laugh in the face and another rotten cheese cup. Will never frequent this establishment again!

Ordered the cheese stuffed pretzel crust with pepperoni. I usually order light sauce because they tend to use too much but it was just right this time and the pretzel stuffed crust was even better than u had hoped! All the stars for an amazing affordable pizza in today’s economy
