Quality testing is needed as the food we received after waiting 25 minutes should have never been allowed out of the kitchen. The only solution offered was to wait another 25-30 minutes to have them remade without any guarantee of them being any better. Our pizza was soggy and thin in the middle so each slice was not even a full slice. The crazy bread was dark brown little hard pucks I could bang on the table like drum sticks. What a waste of money! Does little caesars even believe in “Hot and ready” anymore?

The food quality was great. My order was tasty and fresh. Although my order took longer to be ready due to short staff. I feel sorry for the two workers that were doing their best to get orders ready. Management needs to step up and do something with the staff issue.

The pizza isn’t the best but it is fast and easy for a quick meal. Plus you can’t be a $5 pizza. The service was a little unprofessional as I had to wait for the person at the register to be done talking to a friend leaving the place before I was acknowledged. But the gentleman was friendly.

Pizza is sometimes good, sometimes not. But every time we get the crazy sauce they hardly give us any. We pay $1.60 for one sauce and this is how much we get. Ridiculous, especially considering most places give you one sauce for free!! Don’t order their sauce unless you want to be ripped off!

This place is disgusting, and even worse, has disgusting customer service. Came in today to get my kids a quick meal, and I get home it’s mold in the cheese cup. I call the store, they say bring the cup back and they’ll call their GM to see what they can do. I come back, the young guy at the counter opens the cheese, sees the mold, smirks and laughs. He finally says he’s sorry, as he’s still smirking and laughing, and says he was told he can only offer another cheese cup. They supposedly checked the other fully stocked cheese cups and they were ok. Yea right. Why would I take a chance with another potentially contaminated cheese cup? Couldn’t get a refund on the breadsticks, no other offer to make it right, besides a laugh in the face and another rotten cheese cup. Will never frequent this establishment again!

Lobby is entirely TOO SMALL for customers.. and they ad eryise HOT READY pizza and the last few times I’ve waited OVER 10 minutes for just a simple pepperoni pizza. The cashier didn’t speak and the counter, door, floors, and walls are all DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY I WILL NOT be back and DO NOT recommend!!

Pizza was good. Service was, unlike the pizza, cold. If you enjoy attempting to catch a pizza all but thrown at you this is your place. I however am not a seasoned professional at pizza catching and found this sport difficult to learn in such a short time and without practice before what appeared to be the big game.

Workers in the back wear no hair nets or anything, have massive fake finger nails and no gloves, all while making your pizza. Blasting explicit music all day. Literal grime is all around the front of the stores floors and windows. Front counter guy is typically nice but it’s just gross to think about how little they do to even attempt to stay within the guidelines of food safety. I also ordered, They told me it would be ready in a minute, then I sat there for 10 minutes and somebody had to come up and ask me if I’d have been helped before when I told them we were waiting they just handed me my food. It had been ready the whole time. Just an abysmal place. Go literally anywhere else.

Michael T was my cashier. He first off stared at his phone and didn’t say a word to me. Then looked at me without saying a word. Then continued to text on his phone. Got my order in and he let me stand there for a while and said “it will be 10 mins” I told him I wish you would have told me that from the start. He continue to text on his phone. Terrible service.
