I’ve been quite disappointed with this little Caesar’s for a while now. As a DoorDasher, I’ve had to wait long periods of time just to receive the smallest of orders for no reason. As a customer, I placed a $30 order and expected good food for that amount of money. It’s simple to cook pizzas, coming from experience. However, my crunch crust pizza (obviously a crust that is supposed to be crunchy, it’s literally in the name) was soft and soggy, for a lack of better ways to describe it. My roommate’s order was also undercooked, as his crust was white and not a golden color. His was also soggy and he was done after one slice, which is not like him. As was I. The only thing I can give them is that they at least made the order right. Which was a shock. Staff also needs to work on their customer service skills. The guy at the register acted like it was a chore to be there, and the lady who was working with him hardly even could smile. Everything was just awful and I will be requesting a refund. It was not worth my time and money to go here.

Will be ordering elsewhere. Very understaffed. Pizza wasn’t ready until 30 plus mins after the app estimate. Seems to be a consistent issue here, never have had that issue with the other pizza places in town.

I was disappointed. I’ve never gotten bad pizza from them but this time the crust was burnt and so greasy it was hard to eat. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable just bad pizza.

Pizza is fresh if you ask for it that way. I didn’t encounter any rude staff like everyone has been saying on here, my experience was a great one. Food is alright, not the best pizza around but the best in terms of pricing. Great location.

This is my second time trying to give you all a chance since you open. Instead first day waiting over an hour and a half for my cheese pizza that I asked for after placing my first order on the app. Picked up my food and had to wait for the hot an ready pizza that they never told me was ready even when I asked! Today they had nothing ready so I got just two things of crazy breadsticks that had only 3 in one bag and both bags of breadsticks was so hard no one could eat them. I tried for over 30 minutes to call you all and no one would even answer the phone. I am on disability and when I can afford a little food out to eat I expect it to be eatable and correct!

Messed up on taking our order. Went to get corrected and they “refunded” my card and was told it would take 8-10 days to get refund. Then turn around and did it a second time that is almost 30 dollars imma have to wait on for a week. Unacceptable. Kylee C. On 12-5 at 1:17 pm.

The whole point of Little Caesars, their whole gimmick, is “hot and ready.” This location never has hot nor ready. It’s an embarrassment to Little Caesars, it’s an embarrassment to pizza.
