Today I went to Little Caesars and was assisted by Jack G. After I paid for my order, he dropped my card under the counter and did not return it, I had to ask for it back.
I then waited over 30 minutes for an order that normally comes out quickly. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. After the long wait, my food was cold, even though I live only 3 minutes away.
I paid at 6:19 p.m. and didn’t leave until 7:00 p.m. Very poor service. I will not be returning.

I made a delivery on the app little Caesars, after I placed the order, it was delivered shortly after. I ordered three Jalapeño cheese sauces, None of which came with the order. Once I realized nearly a minute after the order was delivered. I called the store and was told that They did not have jalapeño cheese, and it was out of stock. What I don’t realize is, why did the app not tell me this or the delivery driver. I already knew this was a lie because they just didn’t want to send someone out for delivery since it was just sauces. Then I was told delivery came from a third-party, Shortly after the call was about to end The employee said the delivery driver just pulled up. So I caught them in a lie again. This has happened several times before, but I did not make a complaint. I shouldn’t have to spend money on something that they can’t even provide. I talked to corporation already so hopefully someone gets spoken to about this because it’s a shame that this has happened so much.

I bought 2 pizzas and crazy bread on November 29 at night time. However the crazy bread had no type of crumbs on it or flavor on it. The pizza wasn’t that fresh. The location in Jeffersonville is a little better than this one. I spent $20.00 and the food should cost like $20.00.

Just walked in at 8, there was a young man at the counter who acted as he couldn’t waste his time to take my order. Then as I was waiting for the food to be finished, he just stared me down the entire time. Very unprofessional, on his phone at the front counter, and aggressive to say the least.

Tried calling several times, no one answered the phone. Ordered online. Get there and there’s several employees just standing around, only 2 waiting customers including myself. Not sure why they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. Then I get my order from the unresponsive rude kid at the register. Pizza was cut in a weird way, all of ot shifted to one side of the box, big chunks of burnt….something inside the box, and as I ate the pizza…found random toppings and other things underneath the pizza. Pictures will be added. This location gets worse every time we go.
Update: pizza that was saved for later is worthless. It’s completely stuck to the box…picture added as well. It’s like they used a box that had a pizza in it already, dropped on the ground, and they just reused the box. From start to finish, this store failed miserably.

Usually Little Caesars is a solid choice when you want something quick and cheap, but this visit was a letdown. The pizza was barely warm and the crust was tough, like it had been sitting out too long. The cheese wasn’t really melted all the way either.
Service was okay, but not very friendly or welcoming. The store itself looked a bit messy, with boxes stacked around and the floor needing a sweep.
I get that it’s a budget option, and I’m not expecting perfection, but even for the price, it just didn’t hit the mark this time. Hopefully just an off day.

Food was good, fairly cheap, only problem I had is I found a strand of what looked like hair, but it was plastic, inside one of my bread sticks, thankfully I ripped the bread apart and it came right out, instead of me consuming it, steps should be taken to avoid something like that, so I was disappointed.

People pick on Little Caesars all the time but we’re lucky to have a good one here in New Albany. Store is clean, service is quick and polite, food is always fresh and hot and tastes pretty good for how affordable it is. What more could you want?

The food is good…it’s Little Caesar’s so you get what you pay for. With that being said…I’ve been going to this location for 6 years and I know the young kids that work there and have gotten to be on a friendly level with them. They already know what I want to order and will ask if I want cookies for the kids today etc. The only draw back is it can be quite busy sometimes so the wait can be long. Try the pretzel crust!

The young man at the front was gilted. It was crowded and hot inside the small lobby. They had over 20 boxes in the back unorganized with up to six employees. They were talking with one another, opening up the boxes because they mixed up the orders. All that wait time, my cheesy bread was still raw and doughy. I stood in the lobby over 20 minutes and requested to get a free two soda for my inconvenience. DENIED! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
