The people that run this store need fired instantly. I had called the store several times to order a pizza and not a single time was I awnsered and furthermore I had someone go into the location for me and for over a half an hour they were refused service and tot test my theory I called again and they watched them ignore the phone. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in all my years of life

Pizza was crap. The owner whoever he is in the back. Making the food barehanded playing on his phone touching his face. Hardly had any cheese on it and way to much sauce. Worst Little Cesars ever. Hopefully the health department goes and does a good inspection. Was not hot and ready.

Friday nite around 6. Pulled up, they only had cheese pizza’s hot and ready. So I ordered a pepperoni pizza, order of cheesy bread, and a square pizza. (Which i was told you get 2 of them) i didn’t neccesarily need 2, but always heat it up I guess. I ran over and put gas in my car while they cooked it. (Krogers in Lawrenceburg) came back, pulled infront parking lot waited about 5 minutes. Employee delivered it out to the car. (Which I was super grateful for as It was 19° degrees outside). Live about 25 min away. Got home, opened our cheesy breads, looked great! Very happy with the service, and quality! Thank You Little Ceasers in Lawrenceburg Indiana!!

Sat in the drive through for 10 or 15 minutes no one came to the window guy working there walked towards the window and decided he had better things to be doing so he turned around and went and did something else instead so I backed over the alarm rope a couple times for him to come to the window and say he was too busy and to give him a minute so I left this place needs to figure out what they are doing it wasn’t even busy either train your people or get new people I won’t be going back

I could’ve sat down at a restaurant and ate a full meal with appetizers. Got my check. And left by the time i got my food here. It wasn’t that busy and it took a full hour. I thought it was fast food.

I did an online order and somehow I screwed up and it was scheduled for the next day but I went there to pick it up. He said “it’s okay. I’ll have it ready in about 7 minutes! ” Which is really awesome because the next day I wouldn’t be available during business hours to pick it up and I didn’t tell him that he just accommodated me without question!

I placed a large, timed order on the Sunday before Memorial Day. My food was ready exactly on time, hot, fresh and delicious! The gentleman working was beyond kind and very attentive to a few questions I had. Made sure to double check the order before I pulled away. They should take the hot and ready logo and throw it away. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here with a 20 minute wait, and being the only car at the store. One time is understandable…. 3 in a row is not okay. Papa John’s is 2x faster.
