Poor dude in there doing a job of 3 people. Was a little late for order but was only person working. Pizzas came out correct fresh and extra good. Dude needs a raise! Also hooked me up with a free 20 Oz. and apologized. No need to apologize knew exactly how he felt as ive been going through some issues too and little ceasars was gonna feed a depressed craving. Appreciate taking care of customer in a bad situation. Hope this places gets some good help like this guy~

Had to order on the app because no one answers the phone. Delivery was thru door dash which is not explained anywhere online or the app. The crazy bread had no butter or Parmesan and the bag was never sealed. Pizza had halfassed toppings thrown only on half. When I called, the woman who answered the phone sounded irritated answering the phone and when I explained what was delivered she very rudely argued instead of apologizing and making it right. She was very condescending and said she did not miss adding butter and Parmesan and did not offer to do anything to correct the issue. She told me to contact door dash. I explained that I did not place the order thru DoorDash so I was unable to call customer support. She claimed that wasn’t her problem and continued to argue then hung up. I drove to the store with the incorrectly made items in hand to prove this was not what I orders and for a refund because at this point, I had waited an hour for food and was not eating anything this woman touched. She proceeded to cause a scene in front of waiting customers claiming I had been rude to her. She also stated she had contacted her manager to make her aware of how rude I was. Mind you, I only have a 6 minute drive to town. I watched her place her bare hands with these long claw like nails into the Parmesan container without gloves to fill the shaker as well as preparing food without washing her hands. That shows no one received Parmesan the entire time she was working because she was too lazy to fill it. She refused to admit that a mistake was made and to simply correct it. She claimed the butter had dried out and she may have missed the Parmesan. Straight up lies. Those items are made ahead of time and sit in the warmers visible to the public. How long did it sit there when it should have been thrown out? All while being left open? She had no valid responses and clearly just wanted to take her frustration out on someone. She went straight to the register claiming to give me the refund I asked for multiple times without washing her hands after touching food as well. All while continuing to argue loudly and making me out to be the problem. This place is very unsanitary as well as unprofessional and customer service does not exist. I’m still waiting for the refund and will never go back. This woman never once asked for my card info or verified who I was so the fact that she ran to her manager in the time it took me 6 minutes to drive there, shows that she knows she messed up, knew exactly what she had done, what order it was and chose to make this out to be a huge problem. I will never visit or order from this location again. Do not waste your money. Dominoes was delicious hot and ready in 12 minutes after placing an order in person with a brand new employee. If you are from out of town, dominoes is the best!

I eat pizza from here a long time. This is the third time. Pizza is cold not hot. Grease glory. Pizza was bad. Third time. Not good. 5 Pizza that I had to heat up to make sure it was cook.

Ok never have I complained about little Caesar’s you get what you pay for. However I stopped on Saturday to pick up a few quick pizzas. I just got 3 hot and ready on sausage one cheese and one pepperoni. Come on the cheese was inedible it had to have been a day old. It was hard as a rock like pizza leather. The sausage was the same not quite as bad but inedible as well, the pepperoni was old but not as old as the other two. My fault for not checking before I left but I won’t be going again. Management toss your old food! It’s waste! Customers check your order before you leave!

They have some new people in this location and it went from my favorite to please avoid this one at all costs. There is a tall guy with lots of tattoos that swears at the customers slams things around and plays unacceptable music. The other employees that are new are being trained by him and its clearly rubbing off on them. They throw things make rude and argue amongst themselves right infront of a packed store. With a line of people and no one on register. One customer asked for help and the tall guy said if you dont like it leave. She did, then i followed. Please send someone to fix this store..

It’s okay, but one of the employees always has an attitude and slams things. Then if you come in and try to place an order, he treats you like you’re an inconvenience. I get it’s just Little Caesars, but it’s incredibly unprofessional.
