The pizza and customer service have gone down considerably. The pizza literally looked as if pieces of cheese were pulled from an old, cold, spongy pizza. There were also lines around our pizza and bread as if the boxes had been closed on top of the food several times. We are still waiting to hear from someone to share our experience but it really doesn’t matter. We won’t be giving them our business anymore. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere else…

Staff is always so rude. Scrape off the hot and ready from the window if you don’t do that anymore instead of laughing when someone asks if there’s a pizza available. They also were of 0 help when I got a delivery last time, they go through door dash or Uber eats and the driver cancelled the pick up since they were in a different city and LC would not reassign that through a third party delivery source. Again, why offer a service online when you don’t actually do it?

Every time I come here I’m just disappointed. We ordered two extra most bestest peps last night and BOY WERE THEY EXTRAAAA so extra all the toppings were sliding off the pizza because sauce was just slathered on the thin pizza. So disappointed because I had very hungry toddlers who got upset at the pizza that was falling apart. Never again. Even if they’re only 5 mins down the road from my house I’ll take the drive to the one on Edison Rd.

Pretzel crust pizza is too good. Should be illegal. Also love the new and exclusive Mountain Dew that’s out right now. This location seemed ok, no complaints. Food I ordered wasn’t “hot n ready”, but they made it fast enough for sure. I’ll be back.

Fast and fresh. No complaints. Ordered the Extra Most Best pepperoni and crazy bread. The pizza was hot with plenty of pepperoni and cheese. Bread sticks had a nice amount of garlic and parmesan.
