Not happy with the guy working cashier Rodger or Robert can’t remember he has piercings all over his face lol came in and he hesitated when I walked in i was coming in seen him through the window he seemed annoyed taking my order I felt pressured to order didn’t even order what I wanted I used to work at a little Caesars and would never be in a mood in front or customers first and last time here!! He also was acted like this with my friend when she stopped in I should’ve talked to the manager but I’d rather be honest with a review

Get here to get pizza for my kids at 11 mind you they open at 10:30 the drawers were not counted there was no orders made only one girl in the back trying to food prep while what I can guess is the manager was rude just sitting on the computer took almost 10 minutes to order because what should have already been done wasn’t and another 10 minutes waiting on the pizza. He has no customer service skills was dressed in a tank top no hair net while cutting my pizza

The lobby was packed full of people, it’s just an awkward setup. Obviously worth shooting in and out for the fresh to death pizza & crazy bread! You dont go to Little C’s for atmosphere, its never been about that!

I would leave zero stars but apparently that is not an option. I placed an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 5:08 pm. I did not receive my order until almost an hour later.. with ice cubes hanging from it. They had none of the pizzas in the warmer. It appeared to be quite a few workers with no one really directing them properly. You can hear the employees phones going off and see them checking their phones… meanwhile I’m thinking… where is my pizza? There were people that ordered there in the restaurant and got their pizzas before me and had waaay more pizzas. When I finally got my pizza… I told the employee that it was cold… he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Then I get home and the order wasn’t even right.

My order was placed online and when I arrived I found about 5 others still waiting for their orders also. After 10 minutes or so of someone dealing with the counter person, who was clearly frazzled, the manager came out and explained the situation on why many orders were behind.
Yes, even though I waited close to 30 minutes for my order I am still giving 5-stars as the manager, a very young lady, showed she has the quality of a manager and dealt with the situation and nasty customers. I didn’t catch her name, but tell her order 271 enjoyed the pizza and grateful she was in charge yesterday.

Love the pizza, but do not like the oven sit up to get my pizza out. Can not get the code on my phone. The girl at the counter made fun of me. The manger was rude and kept telling me the code was in my phone like I was an idiot. After several minutes of arguing with him I finally got my pizza. Plus your site that I order on did not say I could get a free 2 liter with my order online so they denied me the soda. I’m so unhappy. I’ll pay $25 for the delivery than go through this again. I’m 67 and my mom is 88 and we walked down to the store since neither of us can drive. I worked in many restaurants and fast food and had never treated like they were idiots.
