I was hesitant to order from this Little Caesars location after reading so many negative reviews. A lot of the complaints mentioned long wait times, poor employee attitudes, and poorly made pizza. Thankfully, my experience was a little better in terms of timing. From start to finish, it took about 25 minutes to get my order, which was much faster than I expected based on the reviews.
That said, the food itself was disappointing. I ordered the Detroit-style pizza with mushrooms, and it just was not very flavorful. The mushrooms were noticeably cooler than the rest of the pizza, almost like they had been frozen beforehand and not fully heated through. The crust and toppings overall lacked flavor, and the pizza did not feel like it was prepared with much care. I also watched the last few minutes of it being assembled, and when the employee took it out of the oven, she manhandled it without any care. In addition, a couple of my pieces had a weird burnt taste to it, which really put a bad taste in my mouth
On top of that, I noticed an interaction between an employee and another customer that came across as unwelcoming. While I did get my pizza in a reasonable amount of time, the overall experience still matched some of the concerns I had read beforehand.
At this point, I would give this location about 1.5 stars, which feels pretty fair based on my visit. Little Caesars may be a cheaper option, but I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered before I got there 15 mins checked the tracking my food wasn’t even in oven went inside to see if the app wasn’t working. I was not acknowledge waited 10 min tried app again now says it’s oven so went back out to the cart to wait. Then got a notification that is was ready but had to see cashier stood there for another 10 mins before I was told to wait they was busy I said I was just picking up that my order was ready. I was continued to be ignored finally got my order after 5 more mins of waiting. I orderd a classic pep it was more like thin crust. crazy bread is not the normal size.It’s just alittle bigger then the Italian cheese bread. If I could give no stars I would. Will never return to this location by the time I got home everything was cold

Horrible place. Every time I order pizza here, they never have it ready on time. I’ve even ordered 2 pizzaz an hour ahead and they still didn’t have it ready on time.
The breadsticks and never cut and look more like a loaf of bread. It never is seasoned well either.
The employees have horrible attitudes. They seem not fully there. Some even get annoyed if you ask when your order is going to be ready.
Overall, I love Little Cesars but this location and the experiences I’ve had make me no longer want support the business. I hope there’s improvement.

Called in order at 6:30. They said it would be ready by 7:08. We waited until 8:10 inside the place while people came and gone getting there orders. We kept asking when our order is ready and they would say 8 minutes over and over. We ordered 3 pizzas and 3 crazy breads. This location has gone to crap. Corporate needs to start doing something about these awful locations. Hammond is horrible as well. They would not even stop to talk with me to explain.

If I could rate this location negative stars, it still wouldn’t be an accurate description. My wife ordered a pizza online. We know this location is the worse for having anything ready, so the plan was to wait an hour before picking it up. She received two notifications that the pizza was ready.
Upon entering this location there was a woman behind the counter yelling that they aren’t taking orders, only addressing online orders. After waiting for a few mins to be acknowledged my pregnant asked about her online order and she just responds with I don’t have an order under her name. So she decides to wait.
While waiting the woman is being nice to the other patrons, who weren’t African American, but as soon as my wife asks about her order she’s screaming at her saying she’s busy and has other things going on. Refusing to acknowledge her order, my wife asks about her order again and this woman continues to scream at her and asks her to leave – finally acknowledging her order by saying she can cancel it and if she doesn’t leave she’ll call the police.
My wife wasn’t rude to her, all she wanted was for this woman to acknowledge her order that was paid for.
Everytime we’ve come to this location and she’s working nothing is on time. I’m not calling for her job but there needs to be some sort of accountability.
We will NEVER support another Little Caesar location again.

1 star would be too much. I walked in and the place was empty, no other customer in sight. Lady that works there saw me, and she proceeded to walk to the back and didn’t even say a word. U stood there waiting for 10 mins and got nothing. Not even a “I’ll be right with you”. I can see if they were busy but I was the only customer there. No one was busy making pizza so whats the excuse? Not so hot and ready here!!!!

Ordered on the website at 5:30, said delivery at 7:15. At 7:15 I get a text alert saying my order was cancelled due to an item not being available. No phone call, no explanation, nothing but a text alert. I tried calling the store, sat on hold for over a half hour after being outsourced. Tried the delivery issue hotline, got ahold of someone who couldn’t explain what happened nor connect me to the store. Would only say my order would be refunded within sixteen days. Requested someone from the store please call me to explain what happened, she said that request was placed. No call received the next day. Tried calling the store again, sat on hold for another 10 minutes before hanging up. Reached out on-line, no response. Had a house full of hungry teenagers, needed to run to the store for frozen pizzas, missing the whole first half of the Bears game. Never again Little Caesars, never again.

This is a hot mess! I was so upset when I got home and opened not one but two orders of crazy bread to see this ! You guys need to do better. This location used to be very good, food was always hot and ready as promised. Now, the food and customer service is trash! If I didn’t stay so far I would have came right back for a refund, but no worries I won’t be back!!!
