What a way to feed a whole family! I’ll be honest—I’m usually not the biggest fan of Little Caesars, but today completely changed my mind. Everything was exceptionally delicious, fresh, and hot. I ordered online, and by the time I arrived, my food was ready to go—no waiting, no hassle, just quick and easy pickup.

This is one of the worst little caesars place, I am wondering why still on business. It should be an option to score 0

I walk in, and they tell me I have to use the app because they can’t take orders in person for whatever reason. So I order on the app wait 20 minutes and this is what I get. Ordered a sausage and pepperoni both extra most bestest. Both of them came with 0 sauce and are not extra most bestest at all. I peeled the cheese off to show.

Took over an hour and a half with my order only to give me burned crazy puffs that were not even the kind I ordered.. breadsticks were old with no butter.. pizza was dry and cold.. they should be closed down or hire people that have passion for what they do.. customers actually want what they pay for.. not something that looks as if it came from an easy bake oven

My family frequents this particular location quite a bit and we’ve mostly been satisfied with their service and food quality. As someone else pointed out in their review, you can no longer just grab your order directly from a cashier, so we’ll often end up having to grab our order from one of the designated pizza portals using a code that is only shared via email/text. While not necessarily ideal, it’s always been a fairly smooth pick up experience for us. Until yesterday afternoon, that is. We decided to order a few pizzas around lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they prepared them. As I’m waiting for my husband to pick them up, I suddenly get a phone call from him saying he now has to wait for them to remake all three pizzas, because a random heavyset black man was able to get into our portal and walk out with the entire order. Honestly, I’d never heard anything like that, and found it odd that someone could literally just pick a random number out of thin air (with no assistance from a staff member…), and still somehow manage to put in the correct code. Admittedly, glitches are a thing, people can definitely use electronic work arounds, but I somehow doubt that’s the case here. Following that bizarre experience, my husband politely requested a complimentary crazy bread for the inconvenience. A request which apparently rubbed the employee the wrong way because although she did provide the complimentary item, she openly complained to my husband about it and stated that he was “exaggerating” his level of inconvenience. So apparently, theft combined with an extra 20 minutes of waiting shouldn’t be deemed an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think we’ll have to take a break from this location for a while. I will also be calling corporate to report this instance because something about the entire scenario just felt odd.

The food is delicious, the service is about what you get at a normal pizza place but not once ever has my pizza been cut all the way through into slices any time I’ve ordered. Apply a little bit of pressure when cutting the pizza please I’ve worked at pizza places myself and have used rocker slicers and the circular cutters, lean into the cut please lol foods amazing tho

No drinks in the cooler, the tvs that have the menus don’t work. I ordered 2 orders of crazy puffs with cheese. I guess they made my order wrong and asked if it was okay if it had pepperoni on it. I said no im a vegetarian. So they had to remake my order. They gave me a free order of crazy puffs for having to wait. But you could tell they were thrown together very sloppily. Some didnt have cheese on top, some weren’t filled, others had part of the side missing. All while waiting upfront for my order the workers were back there yelling and cussing. Im not sure what about. A customer came in with 3 small children one of the workers threw up some gang signs I guess and made the customer made. So a verbal altercation took place. Alot of threats were made. It was honestly just crazy.

We ordered at about 11:15pm today 1/10/26, left while it cooked.
Came back at 11:45pm and they told us they took our order to the back (seen a stack of unsold pizzas) and that they were throwing them out.
Why was it being done before 12am close and knowing that a customer had put in that order?

I would give 0 stars if I could.
They won’t speak to you standing there for 10 minutes 3 individual times to even ask your name. They’ll put your pizza is in the oven on the tracker and you’ll have to call corporate because it’ll stay in the oven for 3 days. They won’t answer the phone. Even when you’re watching the employees walk past the whole for 30+ minutes

Placed order from app, 2 hours later it’s still not done. Other times, family members have also ordered from app only to arrive and have their order cancelled. We’ve also tried to walk on and we are told online orders only. We are no longer ordering from this location. Lesson learned.
