Pizza tasted good but nothing was hot n ready, only 2 people working with a line of people trying to get orders. Very slow store. Be prepared to wait 35 mins. Crazy sauce used to be filled up to the top but now are only 1/4 of the way filled.

I recently had two terrible experiences with the Little Caesars in my area, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The first time I ordered delivery, the driver marked my food as delivered, but it never arrived. I figured maybe it was an honest mistake, so I gave them another chance a week later. To my disappointment, the exact same thing happened again — the delivery driver stole my order for a second time. Trying to get help from customer service was frustrating and slow, and I ended up paying for two meals I never received.

Even when I’ve managed to get my food from this place in the past, the experience has still been disappointing. The wait times are always ridiculously long, even for a simple pickup order. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for what’s supposed to be a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza more than once. The staff seem disorganized and not particularly concerned about customers waiting around.

The quality of the food isn’t great either. Sometimes the pizza comes out undercooked, with soggy crusts and barely melted cheese. Other times, it’s been cold and dry, as if it had been sitting out too long. The consistency just isn’t there, and you never know what kind of pizza you’re going to get. It feels like the store doesn’t care about maintaining any kind of standard.

What really makes it worse is that there’s a much better option literally across the street — Millos. They’re more reliable, their pizza actually tastes fresh, and I’ve never had an issue with delivery or pickup from them. The difference in quality and service is night and day, and it’s absolutely worth the extra couple of dollars to order from there instead.

In short, this Little Caesars just isn’t worth your time or money. Between stolen deliveries, long wait times, and inconsistent food, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. If you want good pizza and trustworthy service, skip Little Caesars and go to Millos — you’ll thank yourself later.

This location can be hit or miss. The last few times the food was fantastic minus the fact that the employees don’t know what crazy crust means. Sent a pizza back so they could add it and I’m not sure what they did because the crust was not “crazy” when I got home. (Crazy crust is the garlic butter and Parmesan on the crust of the pizza)

Today 6/14/25 I ordered a stuffed crazy crust pizza with extra toppings and a side of crazy bread. Crust was not crazy crusted, I got less pepperoni when I ordered extra, and the crazy bread tasted like play dough and looked like something they swept out from under the table from last week. The crazy bread wasn’t even garlicky and had no Parmesan on it. Threw the crazy bread in the trash. (This is the third time I paid for crazy crust and didn’t get it) DISAPPOINTING…..

Online order placed and store was closed at 1p.m. There was an employee locked outside of the store waiting for somebody to arrive. I tried calling to have order cancelled and they still didn’t answer the phone hours after the fact. Completely scammed out of my time and money.

By far the worst location I have ever came to. For starters it’s ALWAYS packed but pizzas are never ready. You wait maybe 10-30minutes. Online order? It will take FOREVER for it to be done, they start making it at the time it’s supposed to be ready so you then have to wait even longer to eat. There’s times they won’t take walk in orders and will literally tell you to leave. All the worker a are like 15 & are so slow doing anything. If I could do 0 stars this location would get it. Currently writing this as we now wait for the pizza I placed online 2hours ago but is not done and they never started.

I waited for an hour here just foe my food to be cold. They told me a 15 minute wait time and I asked after 45 mins and it was forgotten abt or something. Dude said he called my name but he obviously did not and I would know because of how tiny the damn store is. Theyre nice at least

honestly i was a little worried why it took so long to prepare at first, but when it came i was genuinely impressed and happy! the pizza was still super warm along with the crazy bread, which had more parmesan on it than i’ve seen at any little ceasers in YEARS. Genuinely , lol i feel big but it made my day thanks for giving back a taste of the old crazy bread

If I could give zero stars or a negative rating , I would. Ordered a pizza at 4 PM…. It still wasn’t ready at 7. Ended up canceling my entire order. I understand being understaffed, but it’s another thing to just be downright slow and lazy. Mind you this was my second attempt at trying them. The first time I ordered a pizza it was completely burned.

The service sucks here, why not hire more staff if you know that you are UNDERSTAFFED INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE work extra and get burnt out. They give people the wrong order and never answer the phone. Why is delivery taking over 2 hours.

I ordered 9 pizzas and 4 orders of Crazy Bread at 10:37AM to be ready for my daughter’s 18th birthday and movie night at 5:45 Saturday night. Today is Monday afternoon and the pizzas are still being “packaged” according to the app. You can’t cancel an online order in the store so I had to wait until this morning and call their corporate office. The girl was on speaker phone and when I asked her to please get off speaker she just moved closer. Then instead of just cancelling the order and issuing me a refund I have to wait for the district manager to call me to get my my by back. Never ever ever again will I ever order from any Little Caesar’s again. Ever.
