My pizza sat around, without the tracker being updated, for who knows how long. When I brought this up, to ask if they could remake it, I was cut off, told the tracker doesnt work, and the lady walked away into the back. Do not eat here, the service is terrible.

The pizza is good. When you order online or in person, everything is good. The problem lies when you show up, the online orders are never in the kiosk as the app states, therefore you have to wait to get your order. Asking them to swap out Dips for bread sticks is like asking them to give up their first born. As big as the company franchise is you would think that each store would just give you one or two dips/sauces for free. Employees, owners, managers need to DO BETTER.

I visited a different store than I usually do and when I asked for extra butter and parmesan on my breadsticks (as I do every time I go to a Little Caesars), the guy told me it was going to cost me an extra $1.50 for butter and $1.50 for parmesan (I have never been charged for this ever).

Very bad experience at this location I made a delivery order they was missing items I call up there and got no help got told to call back later. My husband goes up to the location and two worker girls half naked doing tik toks and the only man working there was eating while helping customers. They tried to tell my husband the missing items was not on the order.. We have the receipt!

Worst location ever . Called had the phone going for 20mins confronted the worker that was on his personal phone eating pop corn he just said ok . Then we order and the girl making our pizzas had no gloves on and we never saw here wash her hands . Will never be back there and if you have a choice please go anywhere else but here .

This location refused to exchange the pretzel crust pizza for a regular pizza. We both tried 1 piece and they said they would not make a new pizza b/c we didn’t bring back the whole pizza! How do I know if I like something w/o trying it first! Will never go back! Customer service does not exist at this location

Floor was so gross and dirty. Service was so insanely slow. Ordered and waited 30 min to try and pick up still not ready. Stood inside for 20 min still not ready. Whoever was working may 6th, 2025 between 3pm and 5pm are so incredibly slow. I don’t know if they just had a lot of orders or what but over an hour for 1 pizza and 1 breadstick was crazy.
