E. Different friend convinced me to try again. Ordered via doordash this time(post op still can’t drive) in case I needed to get my money back. From order to opening the boxes was less than 45 mins and everything was room temp. My ‘more toppings than the classic’ pizza had 10 singular pepperoni in a circle, there were none under the cheese. Pretty sure even the classic, which wasn’t an option on DD, had more than that. See the pic. Lowering my rating. NOT going to be tricked a 3rd time for anyone.
The guy at the counter greeted me like I mattered. No fake smile no attitude. He moved quick got my order right and had that hot pizza in my hands fast. When you have had a rough day small things count.
I took that first bite in my truck and felt the stress ease up. Hot cheese good crust plenty of sauce. Grease on my hands and peace in my head. For a few bucks I got a full belly and a better mood.
Some days you do not need fancy. You need hot pizza fast service and folks who treat you decent. This place did that for me. I will be back whenever work tries to drag me down again.
Store attached order ticket on wrong pizza .
Door Dasher picked up only part of the order.
Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni, + brownies.
Received stuffed cheese pizza no brownie
but the correct ticket was attached to the
box. Door Dasher should have looked at
ticket and saw there was 2 items .
Restaurant should have put correct pizza
and brownies stacked together, for pickup.
Each entity blamed the mistake on each
other, but no one took responsibility to
fix it. Very disappointed that 2 different
entities could not come together to
correct a mistake .
When I communicated with the Door
Dash person, it said the info had been
translated. So, now I am concerned
who Door Dash is hiring that maybe
cannot speak english. So they do not
possess the ability to read the order
ticket and know total quantity of food
they should be leaving with . ?
The male , I spoke with at Little Ceasers
straight up said , not our problem
since it was picked up by Door Dash.
Even though the box was tagged
incorrectly and product was incorrect.
But not his problem ? ? Really
