Do NOT order DELIVERY. It will go through door dash or grub hub. Door dash delivered half the order. Called the store, refused to deal with problem because it was delivered by door dash. Door dash refused to refund even the amount of food that wasn’t delivered! Waited over an hr for grub hub to deliver next time, delivery time kept being pushed back longer and longer. Attempted to cancel, grub hub wouldn’t allow as food order has been submitted and made. So they wanted me to eat a pizza made over an hour ago? Contacted customer service and they offered 3$ refund for food I hadn’t received and likely never would. After a long argument, they finally refunded the entire amount and canceled the order. The food ordered for pickup is normally OK.

What happened to the $5 Hot n’ Ready? It went to $5.55 & now it’s $6.49 that’s almost the same price as everywhere else with coupons. The food is still the same quality which is just fine but the prices are getting out of control but that’s everywhere now days I suppose. We still order from here a lot & rarely have any issues. Once in a while the wrong pizza will be in the hot box machine thing but not often.
Update 2/10/24 nothing has really changed which is better than getting worse, I wish they had better coupon deals/promo codes but with the prices still going up everywhere else they are still usually one of the cheapest, quickest, & easiest options

It’s great for parents to feed kids fast. There usually aren’t long wait times for orders, and there’s a mobile order app you can use for even faster service. Staff is mostly kids, and it’s a great first job for them. Some customers forget that and can be rude. We have been going here for years and never had any issues.
