My Italian cheese bread was pulled out of oven, where it’s ” hot and ready” my order was to be made fresh, instead cashier took the fresh and gave to person that walked in and gave me some that was a bit too done. Was not happy. I didn’t realize it at first or I would have said something. I was done waiting!!

Went here during a weekday evening to purchase a hot and ready pizza. There was a line all of which were waiting to order. No one was working the front. Was told by a customer who went through the drive thru that theirs was going to take 50 minutes. I left and purchased elsewhere. I understand things happen that affect business, but this isn’t the first time I have gone in and had to wait an extended period before someone came to take my order.

Honestly, this location just needs to be completely shut down. For The last couple years every time I see someone come there it can be like one hot and ready and they’re waiting 510 minutes plus for a pizza if your service is that low that you can’t waste food and you have to make to order at a place to advertise is hot and ready then you probably shouldn’t be open. I get sick of waiting all the time and then whenever you finally come in you’re like where’s the food and they’re like oh it just came out so it doesn’t magically comes out every time after like 2030 minutes? It’s ridiculous. It’s sad. I have worked at a Little Caesars and I know it doesn’t take this long to make the pizzas or do anything so it’s literally probably just the employees or it’s just literal lack of comprehension skills and knowing how to do something that is making it so impossible to eat here that’s constantly the worst service in the area and at this rate, it would be better off at the Little Caesars didn’t exist in the area. I put a order online at 6:21 said it would be ready at 6:45 to 6:50. When I got there the lady in the drive-thru was rude. Had me park said they would bring it out to me because it was not ready yet. We’ll that never happend I sat there for 20 mins and nothing. So I went and got my money back.

Mannnn…lemme tell you about tonight’s experience. First off, couldn’t order online so I called in around 9:40 pm. The lady that answered set the phone down after I said I need to place an order for pickup. I waited for a while, which, I mean, it’s Friday, so I get it. During that time I got to hear her coworkers cussing, then her arguing with the guys in the store on who was going to take my order. Nobody wanted to take it. They had no idea who I was—they just didn’t want to do get on the phone. When one of them finally picked up the phone, I asked for a Detroit veggie pizza off of their online menu. The dude literally said, “What is that” then told me he sometimes talks to himself—okay, that’s fine. I got the impression really quick that I’d better make everything else basic as hell for the guy. I ordered a calzoney pizza, a few orders of breadsticks, and some pepperoni pizzas. He told me the price, and that was that. Then the guy didn’t even get my name before hanging up. They didn’t answer on callback. When we got there, they seemed confused that we didn’t have a name for the pickup order. Then the guy tried to run the card TWICE. It took the second guy coming over to make it known that it was already ran and not to run it again. Needless to say when we get the pizza home about a half hour later from the store everything was okay until we opened the Detroit pizza. It was just pepperoni. That’s it. Not even in the vicinity of a veggie pizza. And whomever cut the thing solved it up so much that the crust was literally its own slice of pizza—I took pictures. It was nuts. When I called them to complain, there Phone just rang. No voicemail. Nothing. This isn’t an isolated incident with them, but this time just really went through me to the point that I won’t be back after this. I’ll go to Chillicothe or Portsmouth.

I ordered a deep dish combo and crazy puffs, Got pulled through the drive through and parked us when they weren’t busy told us it’d be a few mins. I walked into to check on my order 20 mins later and only did they then they put my pizza in so about 40 min after I ordered o got my pizza, and then told me they forgot to put them in (they did replace with crazy bread)

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas last night. Took over an hour – we were told it would be 15 minutes. Worst pizza I ever ate in my life. Dry tough crust not cut , thick in spots and doughy and you could not tear apart! Hardly any sauce. Wasted $20. Could not eat it ! Beware! Go elsewhete – this place is horrible!
