Tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill and was refused service because they let some one pay with a counterfeit bill the day before so now they aren’t taking 100 dollar bills.. all ya gotta do is buy a little marker to check it but they would rather turn away customers.. and sales.. Zanzis is better anyways little further of a drive but worth it

Stopped at Little Caesars, South Point Saturday night at 9:30p.m., (my teenage son decided he was hungry; craving pizza & crazy bread). The girl at the pick-up window was kind & friendly – eventhough it was late; thank you. I had a 7 minute wait on my order which was not a problem or an inconvenience. Lucas brought me my order, thanked me for waiting & wished me a good evening. Let me say, that I was very impressed… Lucas went the extra mile. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a lasting impression. Our 2nd dinner for the night tasted really good too!!! Once again, THANK YOU.

This use to be such a good Little Ceasars, but it seems like in the last year it has really gone down hill, I am a pretty understanding person beings I’ve worked food most of my life, but being parked and told 5 minutes and I was there for closer to half an hour for 2 lunch deals during lunch time! Then give it another chance tonight, 2 pizzas,1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Oh its going to be a 8 minute wait on cheese AFTER we paid. So we decided no, just take 2 pepperoni, girl refunds entire order, charges us for one pizza and we tell her no, misunderstanding we need 2 pepperoni she said oh it’ll be a wait. It’s 5:22 pm DINNER TIME and you guys aren’t holding up to your “hot and ready” standards. No one in front of us, 1 car parked and 4 behind us. Either poor management has taken that store over or the current managers just don’t care. Dang shame.

Went to the south point Ohio location. The drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes while they cleared the drive thru, still had to yell to the back as no one even bothered to check the front counter even though there was a girl working that looked at me several times while she was playing on her phone. When the woman finally came to the front counter she was more interested in arguing about how long I had been standing there instead of taking my order, essentially refused to take my order because by this time I was pretty upset. Needless to say that really p*sued me off so I just told her I’d go somewhere else so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend another dollar at this location, I will never spend another dollar at any little Caesar’s location again, period. I understand that there is a worker shortage but it’s no excuse for the behavior of the ones you do find. I would save your money or order a Gino’s or Giovanni’s pizza at least they still have good pizza and decent customer service!!!

Came through the drive through around 8pm. We place our order and the lady working the drive thru isn’t very friendly. She says it’ll be 10-15 minutes. We let her know that’s fine we will wait. She takes payment and ask us to pull up the the curb that it will be out shortly. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally call the store bc there is a line in the drive thru now. And they don’t even know what is going on with my order. Terrible service too long to wait. Some people got food some didn’t.

I generally use the app to purchase ahead of time to make things a little easier. On this particular day, the application was not working. With that being said, I still received my order in a timely manner and with a smile. I LOVE this location ❤️

This is the best Little Ceasars in Ohio they are nice and the food is always fresh right out the oven don’t drive to Huntington for soggy or burnt pizza well worth the extra gas to get fresh pizza!!!!
