Called in order 30 minutes before I got there. Waited in a long line in the drive thru and paid. Then told me to pull out front. Got food an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered. Bonus, 4 of 5 pizzas were cold. No apology. I tried to be as polite as possible because I know things happen but wow. Need management reevaluated.

I have only ever had 1 problem at this location and it’s so small it’s not worth mentioning because the employees made it right! This place is face convenient and friendly. i called and placed an order for the stuff crust pretzel pizza with pepperoni the guy takes the order and gives me the wrong price so i cal back and tell the it’s the stuff crust which is ten dollars he says he got it right my boyfriend goes to pick it up and brings it back the idiots gave the regular cheese pretzel pizza even after i called twice to make sure the order was correct I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants i swear to god its not hard to take a order.
