Made an order over the phone and when I went to pick up I didn’t get what I ordered. The guy told me what I was telling him wasn’t what I ordered but wouldn’t show me proof of what I ordered. I will never be back again! I am so sick of paying these prices for fast food and either 1.) you don’t get what you ordered or 2.) the food isn’t even worth the money…

The Gallipolis location no longer meets expectations when it comes to their pizzas. 9 times out of 10, the pizza is either well done, hardly any cheese, or hardly any sauce. Getting an exceptional pizza from this location is rare. Which is disappointing because you pay for a pizza but get something that ends up being thrown in the trash because it’s inedible. I got a pizza tonight and it was too well done and one slice didn’t even have cheese on it. Very dry pizza. I don’t know what needs to happen at this restaurant to make them do better but something has to change. I have gone back in for replacement pizzas a couple times because mine isn’t satisfactory. But doing that a few times gets old. I will be laying off my visits to this location for a while. Until they can get back to where they used to be with their pizzas. Little Caesars has been a lifelong favorite of mine but it’s not so much anymore.

My husband went up to get our order and came back telling me about a manager charles which i know he said he has never walked in anywhere and had such good customer service i am very proud to say that i just started working here and i have been coming to this store for over a year everyone is very welcoming and works together but for my husband to actually go out of his way to specifically name someone is a big deal. Charles has not only been someone to make this store worth being a customer for but has also been a great person to work with

Mixed review here.. the good: the staff has always been polite, friendly, and extremely helpful.
The bad: Could definitely emprove training on baking and keeping everything fresh and hot. I have gotten cold food a few times. (Not even the slightest of warm).

Place is really going down hill.
Employees seem not care food is getting done properly rushing maybe, several times i have received crazy bread with no butter or cheese on them just dried up bread stick, and supreme pizza has barely any toppings . Some Employees seem rude.

I came into lil Caesar’s on 6/13/24 to check to see if I could get my favorite pizza, the pretzel pizza. Upon walking in I seen a shorter guy and a much taller guy goofing around in the back. The taller approached me to when management intervened cause I know them well.
Sadly I couldn’t get the pretzel pizza so I settled with a crazy crust, my second favorite.
The girl(management) put the shorter one who was goofing around when I walked thought the door to make it.
The friendly conversation between a newer employee and the manager was pleasant until the shorter employee who I found his name is “Travis” tries to hand off a pizza that was CAKED and OVERLOADED with parmesan and garlic. It looks sickening.
It did not feel that he took his job seriously nor cared to be there.
Thankfully the wonderful management sent the newer employee to make one which it came back to me very well made.
I will be coming back to this store but sadly I’ll pass if I see either the taller boy or “Travis” there.

I went up to lilttle Caesars to pick up my online order and I forgot to get a pop on my order and Charles was up there and I was like a dollar something short for the pop and he pulled it out of his pocket and he said he could cover me on it he is one of the best workers up there he has always been really nice to me and always had my food done right from now on I will only go up there when he is there keep up the good work man I really appreciate how nice and polite you are to all your customers your the only reason why I keep going back up there
