This place needs better staff, better management and better service. I guarantee none of them a card certified, they have no care about food safety as they go outside in there aprons and smoke cigarettes than go back inside and make pizza without gloves. They never answer the phone and tonight can’t make thin crust because only 3 people in the store. There have been alot of changes to this company since years back. Like knowledge is not given or cared that it’s used. This place needs work. They are only selling hot & ready classics are being sold tonight. As if the same dough isn’t being used just different toppings. Not to mention the thin crust that already come in a package ready to go. I am disappointed that little ceasars has let there places go down hill so much. The passion is gone. They need better management.

This location needs massive help, I’ve been a manager in the past and the way it’s being ran is absolutely ridiculous. Service use to be fast and friendly…my pizza sat on the counter for 20 min before someone paid attention and addressed me after having to loudly get one of the workers attention.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was absolutely disgusting in there with cleaning supplies left sprawled on the floor. Apparently all of the staff in there were managers, but they all were very inept and rude. While I was ordering, they were playing on phones, putting their fingers in their ears and picking out wax, and had overall a negative attitude. Instead of giving the hot and ready that I ordered out of the oven, the staff decided to make their own burnt pizzas with their earwax fingers. When I asked how long it would take I was met with attitude. Another man in the store had ordered 18 minutes prior and his order still wasn’t ready even though they were all standing around twiddling their thumbs. It was disgusting and disgraceful. I have never been met with such terrible customer service and I’m not going to be eating this pizza. Don’t waste your money or time.

Understaffed or misguided training. While waiting 20 minutes past expected 30 minute order I witnessed 4 or 5 hot n ready customers be told there is a 35 minute wait and do they left, money in hand. . 6 customers and myself all waiting for much longer wait times for orders. The phone rang nearly the entire time while waiting.

Store is absolutely filthy and not very well staffed pretty much never have hot and ready pizzas anymore need to drop that slogan because it’s false also they need to learn how to make the pizzas they offer I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni and what I got was a regular cheese pizza with garlic butter on the crust and pretzel salt will probably never order from Little Caesars again so disappointed in both Springfield Ohio locations
