something about this location causes a huge amount of employee churn because I never see the same employee twice… but whoever was manning the kitchen today over lunch absolutely nailed the Detroit style pizza along with the Italian cheese bread that’s basically the same thing with no sauce and extra seasoning. that employees should be given a raise, and sent around to various locations to train them and how to make this because it is seldom this good.
honestly on that topic, your hot and ready pizza is terrible; the Detroit style should be the thing you advertise because when it’s made like this, it’s genuinely capable of competing with any other restaurant making that style of pizza.

Let’s be real, we go to little Caesars for the value, not because it’s gourmet pizza. I’ll tell ya though this one franchise is absolutely fantastic. Heck they’d probably make you a gourmet pizza if they have the ingredients. I’ve been to many little Caesars throughout the state of Ohio and this location, hands down, is the best in the state! They’re consistently monitoring their quality, and their customer service is exceptional, in this day of zero customer service they’re a pleasure to deal with. I’ve brought friends to this location from as far away as Columbus and Middletown, and they agreed….best L.C. around!

Hair baked into my pizza. You can see in the video I’m trying to pull the hair out to no avail. Now have to toss 2 pizzas and 2 zesties into the bin. Disgusting. Usually enjoy their pizza and the price point but now have to order elsewhere. I hope you all remedy this situation.

2 stars is for the old price and when there was sauce on the Detroit chain pizza. 1 star is for an online order, me showing up and waiting 15 minutes more, online ordering effectively pointless. 2nd experience here in a row that I wonder what is going on, like when a younger person immediately greets me with the statement that there will be a 20 minute wait, as if I’m getting the brush-off. Also, “probably a five minute wait” was substantially off the mark this time. And I know I wasn’t the only person in the lot just wondering what was going on.

Pizza was okay when we finally got it. Dough seemed like it was refrigerated at some point. Ordered a cheese “hot n ready” but it wasn’t ready even though it was lunch time. That seems to transcend from corporate to franchise because none of the locations ever have pizzas ready to go.
Update! They actually had a “hot n ready”! It was old and the service was absolutely terrible! Just because you showed up today doesn’t give you a license to be short and rude. Apparently just walking up to the counter and staring at the guest constitutes a greeting?

I was driving by and saw the Little Caesars sign and thought that would be a good treat for my drive home after a long day.
Shout out to Rachel who offered to make me a fresh pizza 15 mins before close. I work in a service industry. There is a lot of bad customer service these days but she was polite and friendly and accommodating.
Good pizza with a smile, can’t beat that! Made my 1.5 hr drive home that much better.
