My first experience was not great. The adult that seemed to be in charge was cursing at the staff about things not being ready. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza. The picture posted is that pizza. No pretzel crust, not cooked all the way through, not cut, also you may notice a lack of pizza sauce entirely. I get that little Caesars isn’t the greatest place around, but at least they could try a little harder to please the customer. After reading some of these reviews I am honestly surprised that they’re still in business here in Sidney.

They have been consistently understaffed the entire time I’ve lived in this town, and are always closed at random times or have the lobby closed due to no staff. When using the drive thru they can never hear what you’re ordering because they’re speaker is old and has a lot of static and so things get missed in the order, and they often get irritable with customers because they cannot understand them through speaker

This store location has a drive thru y’all!!! The staff was professional and very friendly.☺️ The pizza was fresh, hot, and ready. The Newark, Ohio store seriously needs to take notes from y’all. If they had a store set up and competent staff like yours they’d make a killing in revenue, and have happy customers. Keep up the great work guys!

My boyfriend placed an order online for our family on Friday and the app gave us 20 minutes for pick up. I was out shopping so I ended up getting there early. They told me at the speaker that it was in the oven. We waited and watched as one employee kept bringing out other order for people that came in after us. When she was looking for someone else she said she didn’t have one for us. One hour after our order was placed and 45 minutes of us outside the store waiting…we finally received our order. I told them they should have offered some sort of discount or refund or a free item for them losing our order. This time it was a different person bringing our food. She offered to give us something but only after I said something. I declined because I wasn’t waiting there any longer… I had done enough of that.
