I NEVER write reviews, but this is truly a one man show – and by man I mean WOMAN. This wonderful black woman is literally working the dinner rush on her own with a smile on her face and so much optimism. She calls me (and all her customers) “sunshine”, and I couldn’t think of a sweeter thing to “brighten” my day. In fact I could handle a long wait (even though she’s always ready for ya) just because of the great customer service. We need more of this in the service industry! The kids, my husband and I look forward to weekly pizza day and picking it up from here!

This location is a great example on how diseases are spread. If I could give “0” stars I would! I went in today and there was a guy and girl standing right outside the door smoking. I proceeded inside and the young woman followed. She walked inside from smoking and immediately put a pizza in the oven took my order and went right back outside to finish her cigarette (never once washed her hands). Then the guy walked in from smoking and started putting wings in a box and doing other things. About 4 minutes later he washed his hands and pulled my pizza out. Although I purchased the pizza I started thinking about how nasty the workers were and didn’t trust anything, so I decided to throw it out. I won’t be back everyone there needs some servsafe training asap!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve only stopped by twice, but on both occasions, the establishment was closed early (8:30ish), and as I walked from my car to the front door, a pleasantly plump gentleman smugly shook his head “No” and pointed me away. I don’t believe this attitude reflects the totality of the company, I just told myself “Welp, that’s what you should expect from a place with a $5 pizza.” Disappointed.

First if all it’s Friday night and I tried calling this place for ten minutes and no one answered the phone so I could place my order for a pepepeppe thin crust. I finally just went to the store and the sign on the door said lobby closed drive thru only, so I went thru the drive thru and I told him I had been calling and he says I’m here by myself, but it was not crowded one car was in front of me, I told him what I wanted and he says no problem it will only take 8 minutes, of course I left because that’s why I tried to call and order so I would not have to wait. answer the damn! phone

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD!! Twice now my husband has gone around 7:30 pm (hours before closing time) and they have either not had crazy bread or deep deep dish pizzas and don’t even offer to make more … just say “we’re out”

This place has no idea what hot and ready means the gm is always on her phone instead of working you have to wait up to 15 min for a pep pizza which only takes 8 min to prepare and cook and box this place needs better management food always old and dry and the gm Melanie needs to get the nasty crud out from her nails and take a shower my dog smells better bring amber back the place was great then this gm sold me pizza that was 3 hours old
