Don’t be dissuaded by the four stars. Tried to call in an order to pick it up and pay at the restaurant, but they don’t start orders anymore until you arrive. Can’t order on the app and pay in cash anymore either. Those are my only issues. Staff was very nice and fast, and the lobby was pretty busy. Did a great job managing the orders, and I was out and about in 8 minutes or so.

On 12/31 New Year’s Eve I went to little Caesars is closest to my home . I went out to get food . I arrived at 7:14pm, I left at 8:45pm. That’s 1hr 35 minutes. Unbelievable. I waited in the lobby for that long … I understand they were busy so I was very patient . Until one of the employees told a DoorDasher they are only doing online orders. Despite me and another lady that has already been sitting there for so long . After he said that I stepped up and said “Hey I’ve been waiting for over an hour and you have yet to approach me . You rang out a customer and I was right behind him wanting to get service and you walked off . You haven’t said anything to anyone that was sitting in the lobby before more people entered the store.” He proceed to say “Online only and I said well can I just place an order I’ve been waiting for a very long time I just want 1 pepperoni pizza . He refused service. “ So I said “ How is that professional of you and I’ve been waiting here you looked at me multiple times and proceed to help everyone else . He said “ They are online orders or dashers and I said you haven’t approached them either they approached you . That’s how you knew they were picking up online orders . And he pointed to the sign outside and said “That’s why the open sign is off because the store is online only” …. But theirs no sign that specifically say online only. Anyways I was very upset . Everything closed early due to NYE to I couldn’t get any food and I will be contacting corporate about this .

When you order, you don’t get what you order.The food’s cold , and when you go back in and ask for the right Pizza.They charge you two dollars more than what pizza’s actually cost the guy there is rude and don’t care. Hot-n-ready? yes. Wrong order? also yes! Went through the TERRIBLY designed drive thru, ordered crazy bread combo and sausage pizza. Pulled around and was told $5.55, I said I ordered the bread too, so they updated the price and gave me those items too. When I got home, I saw the pizza was pepperoni and not sausage. The crazy bread wasn’t cut apart, it was a huge rollup of bread. If you only have $6 and need food, it’s okay if you don’t care what they serve you.

Ordered a sausage pizza and cheesy bread… pizza tasted like rubber and the cheese bread was extremely uncooked, and doughy. (Pictured below) I recommend going else where, better off going to McDonald’s. Was out of wings and only had two selections of two liters. Not to mention the drive-thru is terribly built and the employees do not care and unprofessional asked me what was my order 6 times (two at the drive-thru and rest at the window.) and continuously kept trying to flirt with me and ask for my number after I told him no. Just don’t go here… terrible idea.

So I just ordered off The DoorDash app for my pizza, for some reason, My order kept getting delayed because people kept canceling for some reason? But the point is, I tried calling Little Caesars and they left me on voicemail???? Look, I’m not saying the food is bad or anything, All I’m saying is that they need to do a better job with customer service because I have questions and I want answers. Likely won’t come back to this establishment nor order from here

This location tends to be pretty slow and not always the nicest. I’m not sure if they are short staffed a lot or what but the workers seem stressed and aggravated but they do do a good job at preparing the food and having it ready if you order beforehand so I would suggest ordering online and picking up and you won’t have much of a wait and it makes it a little easier on staff if you order alot
