First, I will say that this situation is partially my fault in that I stayed and waited. BUT… I waited an hour for food. Mostly waiting in the drive-thru, but 15-20 minutes waiting for food after I placed my order at the window. I don’t know if the issue was the person in the car ahead of me or the workers, but the car in front of me was at the drive-thru window for no less than 25 minutes. I just have never seen anything like it. I don’t know why that person didn’t pull into a parking spot so they could bring her food out when it was ready (that’s what I did after I got up to the window).

I am as stated prior, very big on customer service. The employees took very long and when It approached my turn they did not apologize and or be courteous about the length of time it took to even get service and then when I asked for a particular Item I was told they were out of cheese and then told and I quote; “you take what you can get cause thas all we got.” Everyone has bad days but I suggest a retrain on how to professionally handle these types of situations.

We placed an order (delivery) this evening and it was missing items and in addition the pizza was also incorrect. The pizza was supposed to have mushrooms, onions, olives, and fresh mozzarella on the entire pizza with green peppers on one half and jalapenos on the other half. It appeared to be missing the mozzarella and had jalapenos on the entire pizza. I am not a huge fan of jalapenos. I was able to take them off but I could still taste them. It truthfully ruined the pizza for me. We were also missing all of the dipping sauces we ordered (and paid for!) except for the crazy sauce.

Manegmemt really needs to look into this location. The worker left the window to go get her kid then left the kid on the hood of the car to go back in and take orders. Over all just bad service and unprofessional. 15 minute wait time and they had nothing ready. Genuinely disappointed.

My experience here was terrible I waited in a car line for a hot and ready pick up for 30 minutes and normally I’m a pretty patient person (and keep in mind it was only 3 cars in line and I was one of the 3 cars) one of my pizzas was burnt and I simply just asked for a refund and the lady had an attitude of course Pretty much just a uncaring type of vibe So I pretty much will never visit this location again hopefully they improve customer service and speedy service u should not have to wait for 30 minutes for a pizza that’s supposed to be hot and ready and they have went up on their prices on the pizza but poor slow service no thanks!!

There’s only one word for my experience, Ridiculous. I was the only paying customer in the drive thru and still had to wait (more than 12 min) to place my order while the employees bought random housewares from a man’s backpack in front of me. They could’ve at least asked him to pull his bicycle off to the side for a sec so they could take my order. Had this not been the only restaurant open at the time I def would’ve spent my $ somewhere else.

The dark skin young lady working the front counter and drive through was very nice. I really appreciated her serving me Little Caesars had been a craving for the last couple weeks. And yes finally had a chance to get some while heading back to dayton. I was in the area at a high-school for my son’s volleyball game. So long story short I was pleased had game, got food, headed home, and enjoyed pizza.
