Horrible all around. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, it wasn’t very fresh at all. Barely had any cheese on it, I asked for parmesan cheese they didn’t have any. It was so dry that my 3 year old complained which is sad as he isn’t picky and loves any & everything he’s not much of a complainer. I brought it back in to ask for extra cheese on it, the worker rudely said “$6.99” I said I don’t want another pizza, just extra cheese threw on it I even offered to pay for it, they said they couldn’t do that. I proceed to ask for a garlic dipping sauce cup, before I could even finish my sentence he ignorantly cut me off to tell me they dont have that either.
I mean honestly, I get it. It’s Little Caesars, it’s cheap and you get what you pay for. Not having any of the things I asked for though is just sad. I feel as if they should accommodate those as a option if people wanted them, regardless of their prices/how much the customer spent. Any other pizza place does so I don’t see why they think they are too good to do the same.
The rude customer service also wasnt appreciated. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, I get it, its late, you’re tired, overwhelmed, ready to go home, but I’m bringing money into you’re place of employment you should be grateful. I’m a tired single hardworking mama who just wanted to stop to get her and her baby something to eat before we headed home. I know for next time, definitely won’t be coming back. Won’t be surprised if you guys go out of business soon.

The young black girl with the small puffy blonde pony tail is very rude and obnoxious. She also did non-active stay food handling. I’m going to report this place to the board they need to get.better employees.

Order a sausage hot and ready half of the pizza did not have sausage on it so I told the guy to do better he told me he knew how to do his job I didn’t explain to him that I grew up knowing Mike ilitch and what they expect he then told me he knew how to do his job I told him I didn’t want the pizza since he was so combative will not be going back to this Little Caesars location.

The pizza is decent but barely ever has any pizza sauce on it. My past experiences have been the same way. They act like pizza sauce is super expensive or something. It’s pretty much just cheese and pepperoni.

If I could give zero I would ! I was ordering my kids dinner tonight because I’m short this Christmas so I wanted them to feel good I ordered my food and he was SUPER RUDE ! I DoorDashed and he basically told me find another store he’s closed the window in my dashers face and told her it’s not his problem they are super duper weird and I will be calling corporate !

I ordered a deep dish pizza which was supposed to be a rectangle but instead I got two pancake circles and undercooked pizza. I wish this was a joke and someone was gonna yell “just kidding” but instead they were serious. Look at the photos! Little Caesar is following apart. Should of went to Rumpke instead because they both garbage!

I usually never have any issues with my order but how do you screw up this bad? The Italian cheese bread and Detroit style deep dish were both sunken in and had thin crusts sticking up and the crazy bread felt like it was made with a different dough.

I had the pleasure of a person name kelan who was working on a Sunday night by himself. He was making pizzas and doing everything. He ran the store so great . DoorDash orders along with customers waiting. My pizza was superb and it shows his dedication to his job. I got a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. I had to wait but it was the point that he still had the store open, great job on Galbraith and Daly road.

I need y’all to do better!!! after waiting 45 minutes this is how my pizzas turned out and on top of that the speaker doesn’t work and there’s no sign letting you know it’s broke and management knows about this issue…. Absolutely unacceptable I didn’t even want to take them back because of how long it took originally for them to make them.. This location has definitely fallen off
