“Acting” General Manager Michelle needs to be evaluated. She is extremely hateful to handicapped people. Had an order messed up so I called for a credit explained I had surgery recently on my ankle and couldn’t come back to replace it as it’s too hard for me to get out. The man I spoke to wrote me in for a credit but when I came in today Michelle refused and was extremely rude and aggressive telling me that since I don’t have the food from a week ago she won’t give me the credit. My name was in their book for the credit. Completely shocked in how Little Caesars “Management” acts towards handicap people. Will be calling corporate as well!
Tried to call your contact number about this situation for days but nobody seems to answer the phone even after holding for almost an hour. No wonder your employees act the way they do when upper management doesn’t do their jobs properly either. It’s a shame just because you guys are a “quick and easy” place doesn’t mean your service has to be shit. Stop discriminating against handicap people as well and get your store together. Such a shame.

Had a 4 pizza 2 orders of crazy puffs delivered by DoorDash but ordered through the little Caesar’s site. The dasher forgot 2 of the pizzas. So I called the store and not only was the manager in duty “Michelle” rude but very condescending when not only I had to repay for food I had not received she had admitted to throwing them away and admitting the door dasher forgot them. When calling to fix the situation, I was met with rude comments that it wasn’t their fault and if I wanted my order I already paid for, I have to pay for it again and get a refund from DoorDash. Then I ordered the pizza that is advertised to have 100 pepperonis on it and I literally counted them when I got them home after the same manager got nasty with my daughter “is this up to your standards “ and I counted 53 pepperoni slices and not even on the crust advertised. I know that being a middle aged woman being a manager at a pizza joint is embarrassing but come on Michelle, do better

So I didn’t have high blood pressure until I ate the new pretzel pizza .omg it was loaded down with so much salt it was ridiculous and un eat able. I had to shake and wipe all the salt from the crust and bottom of the pizza to eat it but if u look at the pic you will see there is a crazy amount of salt everywhere in the box.
It was a 1 and done situation.
I highly recommend not ordering the pretzel . Extremely disappointing

My orders were ready in less than 10 minutes. Eight bread sticks with flavors of butter and garlic, then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and served with Crazy Sauce® and a bacon & pineapple pizza well done. I would say this place is among the top 5 pizza places in Amelia. I like it better than Grammas and that’s saying something. They have the best pepperoni pizza! I really also like their pretzel crust pizza when they have it and I always get an extra cup of cheese. Order ahead on the app for no wait time and just put the code in to the machine and grab your sauces and you’re good to go!
