If you order a simple pepperoni pizza ahead of time in the app, they will just get one out of the hot box instead of making it fresh. Why would anyone order a pepperoni on the app if they don’t want it fresh? Next time I will have to ask for light sauce or something so they actually have to make one. My pizza does not taste good. It has been in the box for a long time

Waited extra 20 min. For my pizza that they said was in the oven! Just to get home and it taste and looked like it was in the warmer not the oven! One guy was messing on his phone and lady standing around! Very disappointed! Never will I walk away not looking at my pizza first again!

Ordered pretzel stuffed crust, got regular crust. Told an employee who insisted the order was correct. Finally after talking in circles he just sprinkled some coarse salt on it and called it pretzel crust. Just wow….

I just stopped in there to get some cheesy bread and crazy bread and that’s the first time I’ve ever been in this location. The young Syrian guy working was super nice and helpful and I was shocked when I saw he was doing everything and there was no one else in the store. This poor guy was cooking ringing people up, fixing the orders and everything I felt horrible for the guy I almost just looked at him and said hey come on I’ll take you out for beers. Let’s get out of here that’s how bad I felt for him. No one should be at a place like that working by their selves, but I give him kudos and I sure hope the owner takes care of him because he was working his butt off and was so nice even he was crazy busy!

Bad customer service. Pizzas were burnt. The people working there seem like they have zero interest if the place stays in business. Should have been a warning to me, saw two people walk out upset when I arrived. Also, it was very dirty. First and last time I’ll ever go here. Avoid it at all costs.

*Update* Still absolutely terrible. took 25 min to get 3 pizzas made and was initially only person there. Both employees were on phones. Minimum wage, minimum effort.

Ordered a pizza and wings online for 7:15pm pickup. Nothing was ready. Employees were talking loudly complaining about their jobs, needing to take a cigarette break, and one leaning on a counter looking at their phone. Nobody was paying attention to front. Had to wait several more minutes for our food to be ready. And then we opened the box lid — what a mess! Highly unlikely we’ll go to this location in the future. The workers here seem to prefer the idea of collecting a check from the govt rather than earn it.

When we stopped, there were two kids running the store. The young man running the register was in another zone. All he did was shake his head when you asked if he was ready for the next item. After reviewing the receipt, we saw that the order was not correct. After relaying what we wanted, they still didn’t understand. I had to explain what light bake was (i have a problem with my jaw). It took over 20 minutes longer than we were told before we received the order. It probably would have gone smoother if I knew Arabic, but I don’t. Unfortunately this Little Caesars has gone downhill ever since the original owner left. It has been purchased by 3 to 4 different people since then. They do a lot of business so you would think there would be less trouble or issues. They don’t even answer the phone when you call. I think it’s time to give up on this location and try to find another.
