Paid for a delivery, people working inside forgot to add one of the items onto the order. Driver picked up what was in box which was still missing item. Instead of making it right they told they would email me something within 24 hours. After paying more that $10 in fees and tips, i still had to drive and pick up item that they missed. I would have just saved the money if i knew i was going to have to go therr anyways. Horrible customer service

Drove to drive-thru and saw only 2 cars in line and no cars in the parking lot. I figured it shouldn’t take too long. I was there for 15 minutes and the first car was still waiting … it never moved. I thought … if it takes another 15 minutes for the next car to get service, I’ll be late to work. The thing is … I give this place a chance every other month and I end of doing the same thing over and over … I pull out of line and head elsewhere. Such a shame and it’s money and customers they are losing.

Little Caesars is always famous being known for inexpensive Ok-ish pizzas. For the amount of money that you spend to get a pie here you can’t really complain about quality, let’s be honest. That said, it’s been a long time since I’ve come back. I gave it a try and I came out kind of surprised. It’s obvious that they’ve gone through a revamp in the interior. If you have the APP you can order and pay up front and just come pick up your pie at the always hot center they have.

My family loves Little Caesars, and we’ve ordered from this location maybe a dozen times. This location is always sub-par. They seem to be understaffed every time we stop in for pick up, crazy bread is always overdone and lacking butter, crazy puffs used to be good now they too are overdone as are the normal pizzas. Only reason we keep going back is the deep dish. In the future we’ll try other local franchises.

This isn’t for the workers making the pizza. They did a swell job. It’s the person that picks up when you call them to place a scheduled pick up. Placed one today at 11am to have 10 pizzas ready by 2pm. No had that order put in when we got there to pick it up.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get the stuffed pretzel crust with pepperoni and cheese sauce but didn’t match what they had on the ads or pictures the crust looks like they just threw salt on it and it has regular slim crust it’s not even pretzel crust went to ask them if they could fix it and remake it and I couldn’t understand anything they were saying they told me it couldn’t form like the pretzel because the filling would fall out and they just made no sense at all definitely do not recommend.

We have ordered from this store a few times and every time either the food is wrong or something is missing. This time 2 out of 4 pizzas were wrong and we had to go back and go in to get the sauce that I was charged for but didn’t get. You can’t call them either because they just pick up the phone and won’t say anything even though you can hear what is going on in the background.

Terrible store. Waited in the drive thru for over 10+ minutes, was never greeted. Store was locked. Honked, call the stored twice, said hello – no response. I could actually hear the phones be silenced.
Pull away, car behind me pulls up and immediately was served and got their food and drove off in 2 minutes. Went back through and asks for a credit and was told no. Will never come back here
