Worst little Caesar’s ever. Sauces are only a 1/4 full. Manager argues that we only had 2 pizzas ordered when the order says three and even the ticket on the pizza box says 3. The pizzas were almost all crust and not even hot. The crazy bread was a mix of one being overcooked and the other two being undercooked, while all of them having barely any cheese and no butter on them. This experience was horrid. Will never return here

Giving this Little Caesars in four star a better Little Caesars than most. But it’s getting four stars because the guy and they’re working by himself is a beast that dude does not play around and for him to be by himself making all them pizzas and doing the front counter get back out your raise.

They need to learn how to make what is on the menu. I ordered two stuffed crazy bread pizzas two different times and got regular stuffed crust pizzas both times first time I let it go because the guy on the phone kept saying there was no such thing
today we even took them back into them and showed them they were not right they argued with us and said it was correct it absolutely was not. We paid extra for that and expect to get what we ordered and paid for. Will be going to the west side location from now on.

Do not go to this one. One time the dough was moldy in the middle and it was still put through the oven. We brought it back and the manager’s defense was “it is ok it just came from the machine”. LIKE THAT IS ANY BETTER?? There are other problems but that is the biggest. Go to the one on the West Side or buy an oven pizza from the grocery store.

I had left 5 stars before but I’m downgrading it to 1. My most recent visit was terrible. I ordered through the site, 3 cheese and 3 crazy bread with sauce. The pizza was terrible, the bread was hard as a rock, and sauce was skimped out on, there was hardly anything in the container!! I will never go back and neither should you. It’s bad enough that every place is doing this stuff but little Caesar’s has always kept things status quo (because it’s so cheap to make to start with), but this is ridiculous. It was $41 after tip. Might as well go to a jets or papa John’s.

Normally not ready when I get there. Hot n ready is pretty much a lie. More like icb is never ready and the rest is old and dry. Today I got a pepperoni with a bunch of meat thrown on top.. BAM, 5 meat. What a joke, but I keep going back for cheap pizza.

Rude cashier staff acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. Long waits and active rip offs. Paid extra for the pretzel crust. And received regular crust with salt on it. I know they know better. This is the worst location in the Hamilton area. Hopefully, it won’t be around long before someone else takes over and improves it some. Until then go to Pleasant or the west side.

Make sure you check your pizza before you leave. Got all th way home crust was wrong, I live 17 minutes and already out kids to bed. Called they wanted me to drive all the way back after I even told them that I put my kids to bed. Mind you with the gas prices I would’ve spent almost as much on the pizza I will not ever come back again, nor will I let my family.
