I remember in the early days of Little Caesars when they had the whole pizza pizza thing and the food was something really to look forward to. It was always tasty and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh and we looked forward to going out and getting food from there. My guess is that they probably got bought out by some investment banker or conglomeration that decided that it was better to use cheaper products and provide less quality for higher profits. I know this is a trend with a lot of businesses and it’s really unfortunate. They had such a great reputation when they started out and to see what they are now is just sad. Yes the food is cheap but I guess it goes to the old adage of you get what you paid for. This certainly isn’t the fault of this particular location. Whether it’s a corporate store or franchise store they are mandated on what they have to do by their parent company but if they were to go back to their roots and start providing a quality product again I think that they would see a real boom in sales and an improvement on their reputation. Now everybody just looks at it as the cheapest and lowest quality fast food pizza place in the business. Please feel free to share this with the higher-ups in your company. I doubt it will make any difference because they don’t care about quality or anything other than profits but I said what needed to be said.

Turned down for delivery service because i called and asked. Was told if i didnt order online in which i am not comfortable with, apparantely i cant eat from this place. Person i spoke to was dylan im sure he was just doing as instructed … i ordered my food elseware and will never try to order little ceasars again…

Store hours on Google Maps does not match hours posted on the door.
Showed up to get hot and ready. Hours on Google says 10 pm. Showed up at 9 pm. They was already closed. Wouldn’t have wasted my time had the hours matched.
Other than that, have always loved the food, service and atmosphere at this location.

Absolutely incredible and let me tell you, David Mellon is potentially the greatest fast food employee ever. He saw that my grandmother was being attacked by a pack of wild dogs in the parking lot, he ran out and scared the wild dogs away before healing my grandmother of her wounds with a spiritual magic. I asked him about it but he insisted he should never speak of it. I didn’t question him further, instead I placed my order. I purchased an Italian Cheesy Bread and a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pizza with some buffalo ranch on the side. Each bite of the Italian Cheesy Bread was like a symphony playing the most beautiful piece of music in my mouth. The buffalo ranch added a delicious taste on top of it with just the right amount of spice. The stuffed crust pizza was pretty solid too. I would definitely recommend!

Went in there today and because one of the employees doesn’t care for me he wouldn’t wait on me and walked right away from the register without a word. Can u say discrimination but nothing will be done because his brother and sister in law run the place but I bet if it was any other employee they’d be written up.

I wish I could leave a ZERO. That’s what they deserve. Placed a phone order for a deep dish / extra cheese pizza for carryout. When I placed the order, I was VERY SPECIFIC about what I wanted on it. I said EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. NOTHING ELSE.
Get there, and first off they got my name wrong. Not that big of a deal but indicative of the overall quality of service. Second thing they bombed, is they got my pizza TOTALLY WRONG. I asked for EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. I was given a pizza with PEPPERONI.
So I take it back inside, put it on the counter, and…once again, I was VERY SPECIFIC…I said “I ordered a pizza with EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. This pizza has PEPPERONI on it. I don’t want pepperoni, I ONLY WANT EXTRA CHEESE.”
So they remake it. AGAIN. And what do they do? Get it completely wrong. AGAIN. A THIRD TIME!!!!! Once again, PUTTING PEPPERONI ON IT WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOTHING BUT EXTRA CHEESE.
And the final act of this top-shelf store? No apology. The guy goes into the register, takes out what I paid, and says “Have a nice day.” dismissively and rudely.
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such rudeness or incompetence in a business before. It will be the last time I ever patronize this business. There are many pizza shops in Norwalk. I recommend choosing ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THIS. They deserve to not be in business any more.
