Honestly, I come here all the time my dad used to get us five dollar hollers we are now six dollars, but this one time my boyfriend orders DoorDash from them and I think they need to clean their ovens because I found mouse poop in my pizza never in my 18 years of going here have I seen that?

Order a deep dish pizza unfortunately my friend had to put her slice in microwave because was still doughy like not cooked all the way. However they do have a good deal on the crazy breads 2 for 5 dollars.
Update bought the same meal again on 10/6/2023 they tried to give me the wrong order. Then they didn’t look closely that I ordered 2 crazy breads and had to remind them. But the pizza this time actually cooked properly.

When I entered this shop, there was a line of 10 people. The staff at the register and the staff in the kitchen were all working really hard and everyone was kind and respectful. They were getting people’s food and getting them out the door as fast as possible. It’s a great shop!

The employees were not pleasant. My order wasn’t ready when I got there, they acted as if I was the one who made a mistake. Then, when my food was finally ready fifteen minutes later, there was no apology or offer for compensation. When I got home with everything, the pizzas were both burnt.

Poor hygiene and food safety.
Workers and manager were making pizzas/food without wearing gloves. When the manager and one of the workers came up front to bring out orders I noticed that their hands and nails were dirty.

If you like pizza, stay away from this place. I have no idea why (nor do I care anymore), but every single time I come here my order is never ready. NEVER!!! I order through the app. I wait until it says my order is ready. I come down to the store and wait my turn in line just to be ignored. People who walk in 10 minutes after me and order at the counter get their food before my order is ready. Done.
Update: Have come in repeatedly to see if things have improved. They actually have. Both the food and service was adequate. The waiting area was actually clean. HUGE improvement after the 1st time I was there. It’s cheap food that gets the job done. Can’t ask for much more than they’ve given.

The pictures speak for themselves unfortunately! This is why I will travel to the one in Louisville before I come back to this one that’s way closer! Unacceptable. I expect if u work at a pizza shop, u atleast know how to properly cut a pizza IN EVEN SLICES! & ALL THE WAY THRU so I don’t have to come home n cut it myself. Not to mention the workers are always rude! I’ve never had a evenly sliced pizza from this location LOl. Do better. Louisville’s pizza is actually fresh & properly prepared.

Ordered on-line, set pizza for an hour for pick up went to get my pizza the time I chosen to get it went in and to my surprise it was not done and no where close to being done and you know when they screwed up cause they will not even acknowledge you are there. They truly need management adjustment. I will no longer go here. Absolutely horrible service.
