Good food and nice clean place but since they raised the prices it kind of went downhill because that’s how they made their name off the $5 Pizza and now when you go there there’s no such thing as a $5 Pizza so took away the benefit I’m going there other than that it’s a pretty tight and packed place when you go there and anytime you have it set up to use the portal they never have it ready so always waiting

So I decided to get the classic meal deal it’s supposed to come with a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and a 2 L plus I got cheesy bread on the side and I added sausage to my pizza thinking it would be a $1 to $1.50 extra for the extra topping, went in there, nope it was $4 more and they said that the extra topping wasn’t included in the meal deal and that’s just the way that it rings up in their system and I understand that but why would they not tell me on the phone that it would be $4 extra to add the extra topping onto it because it doesn’t come with it, if I would’ve known that I would’ve never got the meal. And then I get down the road and realized that they forgot my marinara sauce, so I had to turn all the way back around to get it. Plus they have a bunch of kids working there and they were all being really really loud and then the manager had to turn around and yell at them because they were being so obnoxious. Literally ridiculous and poor customer service.

Seriously this place is a joke. Customer.service was terrible tonight. I made an online order at 7:30 that was supposed to be ready at 8. I got here at 8. It is now 8:52 and I’ve been sitting here with my kids waiting for the order and I’ve been to the counter twice. The first time was when I got here and they said 10 mins. Second time the girl with red hair (if they wore name tags I would call her out) argued with me about when I was at the counter the app tells me my order has been ready for 30 mins which I’m sure they put that through because otherwise they would be flagged by their system that the order was not prepared in a timely manner. Now I was just told I am getting a free crazy bread for my wait.

Last time I ordered online which means now it is supposedly going to be in the pizza portal to pick up when ready. Two doors on the rack were to open with our stuff. Only one would open with my code. Had to wait for a person from back in the kitchen to come open from the back of it to get the rest of my order because clerk at the front counter basically ignored me!

Poor service. 5 min wait on breadsticks took 20 and they were ready and sitting there they just forgot about me as I was in the waiting area. Other people came in and was served their breadsticks before I got mine and had to go to the front and ask and they said oh sorry. We’re really busy.

I asked for extra butter & Parmesan on my breadsticks & this is what I got. what a joke. I think they skipped the Parmesan all together…it never used to be like this, but it seems like 9 times out of 10 this is what I’m stuck with. idk why it’s so hard to do what a customer asks. But hey if anyone wants some buttered bread little ceasers is the place for you.

It was really quick service I ran my pizza wasn’t quite hot enough like it had been sitting there for a while and I just heated it back up and threw some sausage on it
