Honestly, this location used to be a great place. Probably not the best idea to have teenagers running the place. Sat inside waiting for an hour on my food that takes 10 minutes to make, meanwhile watched employees mashed their own food and leave rudely pushing their way through paying customers. Will be my last trip there. I would not recommend using this location

This place is absolutely horrible! I went in last night and ordered a slices and sticks with no pizza sauce on the pizza and waited 45 minutes just to find out the order was wrong. the entire box was filled with grease and what looks like an entire bottle of garlic sauce dumped in my box.. completely unacceptable, not to mention this place is being run by 16 year old kids who do nothing but yell, scream, mess around and play loud music that is filled with cuss words. Don’t waste ur time with this place.

I got my family four pizzas. I ordered off the app the extra cheese one and the extra peperoni ones so they should have been made fresh! But they were not when I got home and settled my kids ate and after that I went to make my husband a plate when I found this on his pizza…. these photos show fly eggs. This is what they serve to their customers. They dont even check the quality and send this out! Then God bless the sweet boy who answered the phone offered me four new pizzas but im going to go in tomorrow and ask for a refund!! This is disgusting!!

We placed an order via the app. When we arrived my wife went in. Since she couldn’t find a code to enter in the holding machine, she asked the counter person for help. They asked for the name and handed my wife the food. We’d ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni & cheese with red sauce and an order of crazy bread. When we got home and settled in to eat. I opened the box and discovered a thin crust pizza with pineapple and banana peppers and the accompanying side was cheesy bread or breadstix, I’m not sure what the call them there. My wife attempted several times to call the store and only got the message that their voicemail wasn’t setup. So I drove the 20 minutes back to the store. I took the food in and told the gal what was wrong and showed her that the two items had different order numbers and one had our name and the other didn’t. She took the wrong items from me and went to the holding machine and pulled out our order (less the sauce for the crazy bread…ugh), pushed it across the counter towards me and said “sorry”. By the time I got home our order was over an hour old. Needless to say it wasn’t up to par. Plus the crazy bread (now without sauce) was very pale and almost doughy. We continued to try calling the store until I discovered a customer service number on the order sticker. My wife called there and had to leave a message. We’ve yet to get a call back from anyone and it’s been over a week. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

Everything I have gotten from this location is always good. They don’t always have hot and ready pizzas up, but they will crank them out pretty quick If you have wait! Deep dish and ICB are our favorite.

We got pizza, crazy bread, and cheese bread delivered. They did not knock, they left outside while it was raining so it got rained on. They also put it on the sidewalk in front of the door so it blocked the door (we only have one door) Bread was also not made fresh. I was very annoyed!

This location has horrible service and the inside is always filthy. No wonder the turn over here is so high. The children left in charge are incredibly rude and ill-equipped to be left without an adult.

The place was clean, staff was friendly, and did the best they could. The place was on the busier side and of course the register went down and the poor kid didn’t know how to fix it. The other guy came up, he couldn’t fix it. It did take a little longer than usual, but, as I said it was a bit chaotic. Food was of course fresh, and hot!
