Mr. Underwood is getting a huge shout out tonight. We always go to this location and this was our first time encountering him. He had the best attitude the upmost professionalism as soon as he greeted us at the window. We placed our order and Mr. Underwood went above and beyond to take care of us and not only make it fresh juggle the window and other tasks as the customers continued to flow in. This gentlemen needs to be considered for a higher position. He had amazing energy with the customers. He was beyond professional and polite. Interactive with everyone he passed by not allowing anyone to feel left unattended. Made our nights above and beyond better just with our brief interaction with this amazing employee. I can see the morale he would bring to his environment. Mr. Underwood would make the best kind of manager.

I usually have no problem with this location , it was different tonight though… I ordered extra most bestest pep and got a regular classic and it was cold even though I was told to pull around and wait 15 min for a fresh one . Waited all that time for a cold pizza ….

If I could leave zero stars, I would definitely do it. The order was 40 minutes late. We got home and the pizza was cold. It looks like they threw it in the box. The dough was still raw. And the staff was very rude. I will be calling to get my money back and I will not give back to that location.

Waited almost an hour for 2 orders of crazy puffs, finally went and asked for a refund and these people not only tried to give me a much lower refund for a completely different order but then the manager about 10mins later came and tried to talk me out of my refund, took a few mins of back and forth with him before I finally got tired of his attitude and just gave in and took the food that after 65 mins and me now being late for work was finally ready, no apologies from the manager just attitude and excuses. Never coming to this one again.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza/garlic butter through the drive-thru. I tipped the young man . I was asked to pull around front to wait. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I went inside to enquire. I was finally given my pizza and had to ask for the garlic butter dipping sauce that I had already purchased. I phoned in and spoke to Ellie. She was very kind and said if I returned 50% of the burnt pizza they would replace it . I was at work and unable to do so.

DO NOT EAT HERE. MOLDY PIZZA. We use to love coming here but after today we will NEVER eat here again. I picked up pizza after work on saturday for the family like normal and then my 10 year old kid ask me what was on his pizza. When I looked THERE WAS MOLD IN THE CRUST. He only noticed after eating one piece. I hope this doesn’t make him sick…
