So I spent $50 to get 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks and pizza and some cupperonis with 3 sides of sauce..
Just to be clear the other items were fine apart from one of my cheesy Jalapino sauces not being delivered (this is an on-going issue if you order multiple sauces..)
The 2 stuffed crust pizzas were undercooked and mis-handled during delivery, even trying to eat a bite of this mess and it’s raw in the middle doughy, when i requested they be cooked well-done.

Anyways it’s easy to tell I’m highly disastisfied with the team that cooked these pies and were just in a rush to get out of work for the evening.. perhaps I will stick with Papa Johns clearly they know how to do it better..

I had one of the best experiences with this location tonight. Staff was so friendly and accommodating the pizza itself was perfectly made. Delicious. I couldn’t find a complaint if I wanted to. huge improvement.. Look for yourselves how gorgeous this pizza was.

The guy at the counter a couple hours ago was not interested in helping us pick out what we wanted he kept saying this goes this way. This goes that way like he was rushing us. It was within three hours ago. my husband was trying to say hey I want the breadstick in a pizza what’s this order or no order or you get eight pieces and then we say hey do we get garlic butter? He wouldn’t know very rushing and disrespectful we will never go back there again and we went through numerous times until tonight. We are done. if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. We are paying customers.

very upset just realized not one but 2 pizza’s of 4 were ruined tonight and not by the doordash folks either totally in-store incompetence and i am livid. 1pizza was done poorly toppings not on pizza and pizza uncut, 2nd pizza a specialty one cause of an allergy of cheese was covered in parmesan and the dough barely done. no cheese and well done means just that.

The place is a revolving door of apathetic workers. They just never care. The food is terrible. Surprisingly bad, actually. Multiple times the food didn’t even look like pizza, NOT KIDDING. Thin, DRY pizza. Like pita bread with yellow glue. There is a way better LC in Ravenna. I drive out of my way to go there instead of this location now.

We have had several pizzas and breadsticks with the Little Caesars location in Alliance and yesterday I got pizza and breadsticks and I have to say the pizza was delicious The breadsticks were nasty there was no flavor to him they just didn’t have the ingredients on it like they usually do they were very disappointing

Old white lady is always rude saying customer is wrong and then when proved wrong proceeds to blame it on the cook when I showed her on the app that I in fact put my order in correct after hearing her from the back loudly yell “oh my god he didn’t put it on the app then”

I wish everyone here was as nice as the owner. I walked in and all I hear is some young employee complaining loudly about her job. not even trying to whisper. sitting here waiting for my pizza and she comes out front and she is a manager.
