Pretzel pizza it was Amazing . Cheesy stuffed crust, cheese for the sauce, topped with pepperoni and cheese. My hubby didn’t want cake and settled on pizza for his birthday and I added the candles .

This little Caesars do not know how to cook the pizza. One time we ordered pizza the regular pepperoni pizza was still doughy and wasn’t fully cooked. Than we ordered months later and the crunchy stuff crust pepperoni pizza the crust wasn’t crunchy like advertised and the pizza dough was so thin and flimsy. It was hard to even pick the pizza up with how flimsy it was. We also ordered a deep dish and it wasn’t made like it’s supposed to. We lived in Salem and they did amazing with making deep dish pizza. So we haven’t had a good experience here on Belmont. The one in Salem is amazing and went there all the time. This one here needs to know how to make pizza.

I had multiple bad experiences with the Little Caesars in the area with not answering the calls and i complained. However I am VERY PLEASED that i received a call from the Belmont store manager or maybe the manager boss(can’t remember title). She was so nice and understood how unacceptable that was and will straighten them out. it is definitely worth going out of your way for that location. Sad i haven’t heard ANYTHING from the other locations.

I contemplated not writing a review but here we are. The customer service was poor and borderline rude. Not just to me but even to the customer after me. They also were not prepared. She (the cashier) was extremely disoriented. Their was no rush. Yet there was also no ready made pizza even though it took a while (4-5 minutes)for someone to come to the register. My visit was about 15 minutes and every interaction was poor. My pizza also didn’t come out too great. This was a little before 5pm.
