Ordered $36 worth of food 2 large pizza, order of wings, garlic bread, garlic and pepperoni bitesand pizza/stick box. I love Little Ceasars as a chain pizza and what they do for the communities they serve but will not go to this location again. My 2 large pizzas only had toppings in the center, the garlic bites were burned and the chicken had an overly amount of pepper. When I went into pickup my order had to advise the staff an items was missing for them to look at me as if I was lying then take a look at my receipt to fine their error which was ok we all make mistakes but apologize for doubting me when I told you. I couldn’t reach anyone to let them know of my poor food conditions so this review is what I’m leaving and eating small pizzas because who wants all that crust without toppings

We got both pizzas burnt. This the worst lil Ceasars ever. They need to fire these careless workers who play with your food and money.

Cashier very non verbal giving I don’t wanna be here telling me they are not accepting cash thank god I had money on my Apple Pay also handing me a dryed out pizza if i wouldn’t have cheeked he would of let me leave with it very un appealing I’m very disappointed I drove 20 mins just to come to this location smh he made me a new one and this below is the new pizza cheese still not covering the pizza crust is as thin as my edges im highly disappointed

This review is for the location on Richmond road in Richmond heights. The point is I ordered quite a few items from the store online. Got an estimated time that the order would be ready. Which was 2:50 p.m. . I received an email at 3:00 p.m. telling me my order was ready. I arrived at the location about 15 minutes later. I had two orders of the puffs that were burnt. I asked for them to be remade or a refund and they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault that they were burnt because I didn’t come get them when I was supposed to. Which there was nothing in my email saying that I had to be there by a certain time. I asked to speak to a manager there was no manager on the premises. The male employee supposedly called the manager and the manager could not help me because she was at her hair appointment! I was told I could get a refund by the young lady when I returned everything that I purchased I brought it back in from my car and she said that I couldn’t get my refund until the next day because the manager wasn’t in. I got extremely angry and attempted to call corporate. But because it was Saturday corporate wasn’t open. I intend to put this review everywhere I can find to put it to not go to that store. They were eventually rude and walked away from me while I was talking. Not a good look. Terrible customer service. The female was a smart-ass too!

Next time . I’m going to open my pizza box before leaving. Ordered cheesy bread stick and a hot and ready pizza. The cheesy bread sticks was nice and fresh. Watch the lady make them. She got me a pizza from back and put it in the hot and ready oven tray. She come put the pizza at bottom put my bread sticks at top. I had somewhere to be so I assumed everything was fresh. Mann when I opened that pizza box . It was old as hell. You can just tell and she was bold to give me that on top of taking my money smh. Black girl..I don’t know if she was the manager or what . I’m black and race have nothing to do with it but I know who took my order and who was making my order and moving around back there. They hirer anybody now days. I was a manager at a fast food chain..Always told my crew members. If you won’t eat it. Don’t serve it to anyone. Trash it and make fresh food. People just don’t care. I was sooo pissed I threw it away.

Got to be one of the worst Little Ceaser’s in the state. Always cheap with the toppings, pizza is always xtra greasy and bland and never fresh nor ready. Typically the employees are rude as well!

Update: They are still not great. Orderrd 3 pizzas today (7/20) and got them in a timely manner but one of the pizzas had a scant sprinkling of onions so few that i could not recognise there were any until i looked at it several times. It was also frustrating to see the pizzas cut but not cut all the way through.
In short this location is slow to make their pizzas, they make the pizzas poorly in quality and in taste. Their management failed to make things better for their customer. I will never order from this location again.
I had placed orders at this location before and found them slow and out of common things like packets of red pepper flakes. I was aware of that before I ordered online. When I showed up to pick up the pizza at the ready time I was told to wait, I had to wait over 20 minutes before my order was finally ready. It was frustrating because they were not very busy. I made the mistake of not checking my pizzas.
When I got back to the event that I was at with my family. I opened the pizza and noticed that 2 of my pizzas had the wrong crust and the toppings put on in a lopsided fashion. One of those pizzas were cut very lopsided as well. I called back to Little Caesar’s to complain about the state of my order and found the managers response to my issues tepid and weak. I wanted them to compensate my time by taking off the cost of 2 of the pizzas which they were not willing to do. The manager passed the phone call to the owner who was combative in his response to my issues.

You know those 1$ frozen pizzas that are covered in ice at the grocery store…buy those instead. Not oly did the food take 45 minutes longer than it was suppose to, other patrons that walked in and ordered received their food before us.. we had a cheese pizza and a crazy bread.. the food was DISGUSTING, REVOLTING. Go to Mr Hero next door, excellent customer service and food quality. If COVID was in food form, it would be this Little Caesars location.

I ordered my food at 5:55pm and my food still isn’t ready. App said my food would be ready by 6:18-6:23pm it’s now 6:37 and food isn’t even made! I will not be coming back here again. So much for hot and ready for a plain pizza!
