I ordered a Supreme Pizza the young man brought it out as I was walking in. Talk about “Hot and Ready”.and deliciously prepared and served. Crust was even buttery.

“Kat” the ASSISTANT manager was very rude mocking me, was very sketchy how she kept walking in the back by the food and looking at me, also screaming at kids to wash their hands, I didn’t even want the food after that. Also waited for over 20 min for one pretzel crust and a pepperoni which takes only 7 min but got everyone else their food quick.

Love that u can order ahead & pick up in Portal or the counter ! It makes it so easy ! Love the Pretzel Crust that is my Favorite besides the stuff crust ! Sure wish the Pretzel crust was all the time & not just for a short time !! Staff is ok but there are newer ones & not very polite ( young kids) & it upsets me seeings how I order from the Brook Park 1 a lot at least 2-3 times a month !

Who is this guy John E at the front register? Why does companies put such rude people to deal with the public? It’s clear there’s already an language bearer, but don’t get mad at me cause you don’t understand what I’m saying to you, so you just give me anything to make me leave. This place won’t get rid of him, because they sell enough hot & ready pizza to make up for that. Seriously get thos guy out of the front of the store, please. He’s terrible. I asked for extra Pepperoni and extra sauce, when instead I get extra cheese. I asked him why it said lite sauce on my receipt and he told me “oh don’t worry about that”.What!!! Of course I didn’t get extra sauce.

I placed an order online and received an email to come pick up. When I arrived, there was a line, so I walked up to the cashier and asked if my order was ready for pick up and he got an attitude telling me I had to wait all the way in the back of the line after I ordered 20 minutes prior. I saw my food in the tray ready and he argued with me to still wait in line for at least 10 minutes. Rude customer service would not recommend ordering online or going to that store. Unprofessional and he was the owner.

Orderd on line said order would be done at 6:11 got there and they said it would be out soon, waited about five minutes and ask about how much longer she checked and then realized the order was never made. Then she proceeded to tell me it would be out soon and started talking to an off work employee. Went to my car and the on line app said order was done so went back in and was told by an off work employee that it wasn’t done. Very rude and unprofessional didn’t even offer me any discount and I’m sure I will never hear a word about this review
