This place is usually great. No complaints on the food. But whoever hired that girl working here mad a huge mistake. She’s horrible at customer service. She barely spoke on the phone and gave me attitude but I brushed past it. Till I came in and shes back to her attitude for no reason, didnt tell me if my order was done or anything, didnt ask me for a receipt. I thought maybe she struggles with talking. Fine. But the guy behind me walks up and shes as talkative as can be being nice and respectful to him, telling him how long his order will take and asks him if he needs a recept. If I gave her attitude I understand. But I didn’t. I literally just asked for a pizza and she gave me attitude.

Ordered 2hrs early for a 7pm pick up. Waited close to 20min before it’s ready. Place was dirty, service was not good at all. I doubt a manager was present (didn’t ask, just wanted out since we had an event to get to) all in all! Food was ok, execution was late & service was not good! Wife ordered a 3 meat pizza, wings, and a thin crust cheese. Brought it home and the thin crust was extremely overcooked. I ran it back to the restaurant to have them remake it. Not sure if it was the owner or manager but he said that even if he remade it nothing will change. He said that is what the thin crust cheese will always look like because of the oven and timer. I asked him if he would just remove it from the conveyor early so it doesn’t burn and he agreed to do it reluctantly but he was not happy about it.Unfortunately though the second one was just as burnt. We’ve ordered from here before with no issues and no burnt pizza. Not sure what changed but I guess I won’t go back. Not to mention that I watched him take my return pizza and put it right back in the warmer to resell. How awful and unprofessional can you get. Never again!

Hot an ready can sit there for an unhealthy amount of time apparently. I’d say to. Keep it for an hour, MAYBE 2 at most. This was definitely longer.

We came in off the street. Ordered and waited for our fresh, delicious pizza to be made with fresh wings. Yum. Yum.! Then right after I swipe the card. My wife decides to buy more wings. On a separate sale. So we wait. And we pointed out that we did not want the wings that had been sitting for over half an hour to forty five minutes…. But after waiting patiently. They give us the old wings for the second order instead of making more fresh ones which my wife asked for. When we asked about this, they said, “we can make new ones, but it’ll take 20 more minutes.” I a so tired and hungry by now, I really wasn’t in the mood to wait more. So. Could have been more upfront.

I can tell that the owners altered my previous review. So I will post again:
One key part of my review is missing.
On one visit, the crazy bread marinara sauce I paid for and went home with was RANCID. When I drove all the way back from my house to have it replaced, they didn’t even apologize or offer to me something to compensate for the fact that I ate rotten food thanks to them.

Would give 0 stars if I could for multiple reason but they also have rude staff especially one of the girls that works there, kept rolling her eyes when I asked for my change back and how long the wait was.. Also they NEVER have “Hot-N-Ready” don’t know why they advertise that they do..
