I don’t make negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. Every time my foster brother or I order from this location, it’s always something. Whether we wait for HOURS after our order was supposed to be done, or something like this where they don’t even cut the pizza. I’ve been in there a lot while they are “busy”. Most of the time they’re just taking their time and letting orders stack up, and not being attentive to customers when they come in. This place could really use a complete overhaul with staffing.

Only 2 people working. 3 of us standing here, been here 10 min so far and neither of them have said anything to any of us. Terrible service, the “Hot N Ready Zone” is empty. For a fast pizza place it’s not fast or ready.

Food was good. However, we waited over 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. The workers seemed to be more concerned about the music they were playing than the 12 customers waiting in the lobby. Only 1 worker showed us even an ounce of consideration. I used to love this place but now it is very disappointing to see all the negative reviews and only be able to add to them.

I love little Caesars but that place doesnt seem to be run well. Wait times are long and staff isn’t very friendly. Pizza was okay but seemed lower quality compared to other little Caesars locations I’ve been to. They didn’t even cut the pizza all the way through.

I have eaten at this location three times now and every time I go it never fails to impress me how poor quality it is. All three times I have had to wait near an hour on top of the ready time before receiving my food. I have gotten two undercooked (near raw) pizzas with incorrect toppings, one of which caused a delay in my order because they prepped it and forgot to put it in the oven. The staff is loud and unprofessional and the location is pretty dirty in the lobby area. I gave it three chances and have decided I will not be returning to this location again.

Called in order said 30min. Got to store went ahead and waited 40 minutes before going inside to pick it up. Paid lady took my money said my pizza was in oven about 5 or 10 more minutes. Waited another hour before asking for a refund. Then all employees acted like they couldn’t hear me. Only one person out of the 5 people working there was making pizza other 4 just standing around doing nothing. People ordered After me and got there pizza frist even after I waited total 1 hour 40 minutes they acted like it killed them to give me my refund. Hire people who want to work not people that want free money.

With a phrase like hot and ready you would think the pizza would be hot and ready. Food is always good, but this is the only location that ever has us waiting way past the time it’s supposed to be ready for pick up. Whenever I order online it’s never ready at the time it says it will be and we end up waiting an extra 30 minutes. They NEVER acknowledge us when we walk in, my husband is constantly left waiting at the counter for a while before anyone even asks what he needs. Tonight the lights are completely off, I’m assuming to make it look like they’re closed and we’re going on 30 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready while the employees hang out and talk. We only ordered two pepperoni pizzas. I just want an easy yummy dinner after a long day, but this location doesn’t seem to believe in hot and ready.

I can put an order in 15 minutes before I arrive and still end up waiting 35 minutes more after I arrive pretty regularly. The staff seem like they’re doing their best but there’s almost always something wrong. They also don’t use the pizza portal so even if you put your order in online you still end up waiting in line forever for an employee to hand you your food.

I understand that they are under staffed but I stood inside at the counter for about 10 minutes while one member of the staff looked over and gave an annoyed looked just because I wanted to order, then she proceeded to pulled out her cell phone and talk on the phone for the majority of the time I was inside. After the 10 minutes I just left because it was clear nobody was going to acknowledge my partner and I let alone take our order. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with the establishment.
