Reviews
I placed my order, sent my son to pick it up, and when he brought it home, I immediately noticed it was not a pretzel crust. It was just regular pizza dough with salt sprinkled on top. I called the store, and they told me to bring it back so they could remake it.
I drove all the way back, got the new pizza, and decided to check it before leaving—same exact thing! Regular pizza dough with salt on it. I’ve ordered these pretzel crust pizzas plenty of times from other locations, and I know exactly what they’re supposed to look and taste like. I posted a picture of what I was supposed to get and what I actually got.
When I went inside to explain, the staff tried to tell me I was wrong and that “this is how they’ve always made it.” Then someone said they just add “baking soda and salt” to make it a pretzel crust—absolutely not true. This was plain pizza dough, not pretzel dough.
I left extremely frustrated. This location clearly doesn’t know how to make the product correctly and then argues with customers instead of fixing it. I won’t be going back to this store again.
Just gross. All of 97% of this remaining pizza is going in the trash – not keeping as leftover.
Photo is of the pizza the morning after.
