Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the food here at all this time. The dough for the breadsticks was not done properly or wasn’t cooked enough? Idk, it tasted like straight dough and the Pizza was overcooked and dry. I have however had good food from here before though.

I ordered a a 3 meat pizza & was so dissapointed! It was very GREASY, poorly put together, and black flakes on crust & underneath. Burned chunks of bacon bits as well. II tried calling but no answer. I sent a email to corporate office but no response. This was NOT worth $9. Get it together Lagrange Street location!

It’s so filthy when u walk in the floor the counters the glass front hot warmers and cold drinks is all smudged with finger prints the register area is filthy. Good food but the place is a pig pen!

Overcooked pizza, they’re known for their hot and ready, more like slow n steady, after my pizza was finally made after 30 minutes when I was told it would be done in 10 minutes the one worker proceeds to say oh did you want this cheesy bread made, yeah it’s on the screen right so don’t you think that you should make it so that the customer can get out of the store and make it home to feed his wife and kids before his wife has to go to work in a timely manner. Outrageously ridiculous. It’s called hot and ready there should be pizzas hot and ready to go as soon as you walk in the door.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I waited 30 mins for a pizza that was supposed to be fresh out the oven and got Luke warm pizza. When I called the manager said that the oven is broken and he couldn’t give me a refund or remake my order. I also ordered wings so if the oven broke that means nothing they make it TEMPTING. Don’t eat from this place I was told not to as well but my order was already placed.
