The greasiest pizza I have ever had. A woman who claimed to be the manager told me all pizza is greasy. I guess she must not get out often. I texted the Owner and he had someone else call me and he told me he couldn’t make a decision without the owner’s approval and also stuck with the story all pizza is greasy. It’s truly a sad day when a business owner doesn’t trust his so-called management to manage. I returned my whole order less three pieces of pizza to the store. I was offered a $8 credit for my $30 order.

I tried the pretzel pizza, to much cheese sauce in the middle, I was expecting some red pizza sauce. Maybe put the cheese sauce on the inner side around The crust, then red sauce in the middle. I got an upset stomach after, but it was OK.

I understand that this store is going through staffing changes but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. First I tried to order online and was not able to it said online ordering was not able to be done at that store at this time. Then I called in and ordered and they said they could not honor the online promotion because it was online only. Fine I ordered anyway. Then I get home with my pizza and my order was wrong so I called up there to ask them to remake it. I continued to call for almost 10 minutes with no answer before I decided to drive over there. When I informed them that I had called numerous times and no one answered my call I was not told sorry or anything they just took my incorrectly made pizza and said they would make a new one. Great and by the way now my side is sitting at home getting cold and I have to wait after working all day for my food to be made a second time. An I’m sorry and maybe a discount on my next order would have been the polite thing to do but that was too much to ask. My family does like little Cesar’s pizza but I think this store really needs a lesson on customer service.

Just stopped here for the Crazy Bread. Better than what we get in Defiance. Was baked just right, not overcooked and not almost burnt. If you live in the Defiance County area, I strongly recommend driving the extra 15 miles to this establishment rather than the local one until it gets things sorted out.

Be sure to call and make sure the store is open before you place an order! I placed an order on 5/15 through their app, but when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody would answer the phone! I called Little Caesars customer support and they said they would reach out to the store so I could get my refund, but I haven’t heard anything. Be careful if you order from this store!! They should at least disable app ordering if they aren’t going to be open, so people don’t waste their money!
