Ordered pretzel crust pizza over phone. When I arrived was in a hurry. When I got to destination with dinner. Pizza had red sauce and normal crust. So they took a hot n ready n added salt. DISGUSTING DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went for 1 cheese pizza for my grand daughter was told 15 minutes. When I was in line there was employee outside about 4 of them smoking and not cigarettes either. Right by the line too. That’s really not a good seen for the business for sure! They should be in there making the food and getting people going! Not sure if I will be returning to this location!

Unable to order on the app, I called in a specialty order after 11pm. I didn’t know I was speaking to a central answering service first of all. 2ndly he took my order for pickup. Not only did this location give me the wrong pizza (because they don’t do specialty orders after 11pm) they all didn’t remake the order or refund me the $15 difference. The reasoning being “the new manager doesn’t know how to refund”. When I showed up as they asked me to in person (b/c they don’t refund over the phone either) the doors were locked both days.
I understand not taking specialty orders after 11pm. I understand being new and not knowing how to refund. I also understand being short-staffed. What is not okay here and what I don’t get is why they wouldn’t keep their word on the remake. What’s rude and completely unacceptable is calling twice and not evening greeting us on the phone. The received the call let it ring for more than 5 mins both times and hung it up immediately without even saying hello. This location is the worst.
Having limited time as a parent, making repairs/renovations on our home and having little time to even eat just to go through something so ridiculous is unprofessional, and actual thievery if you ask me.
Next time I’ll drive a few minutes farther to another location.
I even told the lady at the window it wouldn’t have been a problem to not get the specialty pizza, just let me know at the window and charge me for the hot and ready that they gave me. I wasn’t upset, didn’t get rude. Like I said before I understand the situation but to be completely dismissive and not fix the problem is theft of my money time and trust.

Time is always 15 plus . They are always outside smoking . Drive through can never find anything. Can’t go by order numbers even though the app gives you a order number. If it was not a quick grab for the kids i would not even come here / barley do.. so sad compared to the orginal though of the company

Caesars pizza. The problem I have here is this is a professional establishment. There should be no reason to be blaring loud music.
It’s just not courteous, and it’s not professional especially when when I can hardly hear the guy to take my order. This is not their personal house. It is a professional business. They should probably act like it.

Ordered online and showed up a little early knowing I would wait since I wasn’t in a rush, I was told roughly 5 minutes and that I could wait out front and the pizza would be brought to me. After about 10 minutes and getting a notification stating my order was ready I still proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes (roughly 25 minutes now after promised time as of order completion notification) I had to then, walk in and deal with the excuse of “I forgot” and then proceeded to turn music up in the back and disappear to get my order. Also I ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni and a extra most bestest cheese and they couldn’t cut my pepperoni in slices properly nor give me an proper “33% more pepperoni.” There are roughly 4 slices with adequate amount of pepperoni. Not only that but it was also cold but greasy.
