The manager is rude. I have been there as a door dasher and had patron. She is always rude. Ordered pizza tonight. Pizza was cold and no sauce for the deep dish and sticks. I called not can I replace it for you, is there anything I can do, just oh I am sorry. I went in as a dasher, I had two orders 1 order wasn’t ready the other was in the heating box. I ordered online/app at 7:42pm on Friday September 19, 2025. I walked in at 8:12pm when I received the notification that my ordered was ready and instructed to obtain my order from the counter workers. For the next 45 minutes they informed me that they were still working on my order. Over an hour now, I have watched food leave the store without being paid for; I have watched workers on their phones; I have watched workers play around carelessly and without care for peoples food they were handling.

At 1hr 20min they came to the cash register and asked who are you. I provided my order confirmation number, e-mail and verification; that I was there on the correct day and time and at the correct store. Then I was told multiple times we do not have your order and there is nothing that we can do for you. Even though they could see and read that I have ordered to their store and I have paid with a confirmation.

They exclaimed they could not and would not do anything for me. All while my wife and 2 young daughters ages 2 and 6 are waiting for their dinner in the truck. I like to say I have a lot of patience, but this is ridiculous. The workers told me, we cannot refund your money and we cannot make you anything. Although they were handing out the food that they were going to throw away. They gave this food to people for free that were coming in and asking for it.

1 week later now, I have called both corporate and customer service and I called again today. I am told the franchisee or owner of the store has not responded to them. They will escalate this issue and they told me to call back next Tuesday. I will call back and I will not ever go to this store again; unless it is to have a conversation with the owner face to face since he/she is a snake and wants to steal peoples money without offering any service. I have experienced this stores decline firsthand for the past 6 months. Others have shared similar stories.

My advice, do not waste your time and go to 5374 Sullivant Ave Galloway, OH. 43119. Store 8336. The entire staff is lazy, unprofessional and lack the basic qualities it takes to run a successful business.

New edited review below. The new $6 pizza is amazing and they will make it fresh. Sometimes you have to wait but it’s worth it. Very friendly staff who will go the extra mile if you’re not happy. Plus they have call ahead If you want to avoid a wait.
I’m updating my review of this location. They have new staff and management who are so horrible at this location and since then they’ve gotten so much worse. Anna the manager shouldn’t be a manager. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, uncaring, disrespectful, degrading and down right nasty to anyone who comes in there just to name a few. They’re not even getting orders right or cooking the pizza all the way through. Below are before and after pictures. The first 7 are now and the last one is what they looked like every time I ordered it before. Now they don’t even cook them all the way and let’s not forget they’ve raised the price again. A regular pizza is now over $7 which is ridiculous. They have really dropped the ball here and no one, corporate, managers or general managers alike refuse to do anything about it because no one wants to work here. I’ve called and they refuse to call me back. It’s really frustrating and ridiculous. You’re better off going to Dominoes.

Placed an order online got there. No one could find my food. Had to stand there for 15 minutes when my food was finally done instead of walking it out to me like they did every other customer in the lobby they put it over in the pizza portal instead, it made me stand there for another five minutes without telling me it was over there awful Customer Service. No one in the store knows what’s going on. Teenagers are being told to clock out for break and then continuing to work while someone else punches their numbers into the time clock for him. Ordered online (4/14/22), 45minute wait for that, it’s a holiday weekend, understood. I get there, not even done. Then they proceed to get it wrong and have to remake it. Then I get my “deep dish” (pictured) that looked more like 2 personal sized pizzas thrown in the deep dish box. The regular pizza I ordered was deeper than the deep dish. The lobby was not busy at all, it’s been much busier with less of a wait. Terrible, I’ve worked pizza delivery before so I try to cut some slack for things running long, but this has more to do with people being inept and cutting corners. Very disappointed.

It’s cheap. It’s hot (usually) and it fills you up, and doesn’t taste bad if you eat it in the first 5 minutes before it turns into cardboard. Also do yourself a favor and ask them to put the garlic, parmesean seasoning from their Jalapeno Cheesy bread( which is the best thing on the menu) on your pizza.

Ordered pizza via their online ordering. Never got email to pick up pizza finally went inside, no orders were in the warmer, they were all over the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting for some of the food to get put in the warmer, someone finally asked what I ordered. He picked it up of the cutting counter where it had sat the ENTIRE time I was waiting.
