-Ordered online waited 35 min, meanwhile all these others come in ordered AFTER Im there waiting. They get their food. Finally I get mine after asking the deal. Was told it took so long because of breadsticks but there was some in the warmer. I leave and my daughter looks at the pizza it was NOT what I ordered. I go back and the girl tells me it is (pretzel crust) twice and it was NOT! She offered to remake it Im like no way Im not waiting any longer. Request a refund. Got it but they didnt give the measly regular cheese pizza. Least they couldve done. Then the guy said being smart have a good night being sarcastic and disrespectful.
-Today, ordered an extra most bestest cheese and didn’t even get a normal amount of cheese, it was surely loaded with sauce.

I normally don’t have issues at this location but today was different. I come in and no greeting or telling me they’ll be with me. Stood there for maybe 5 minutes before I asked could someone take my order. I watched one of the young lady’s making a pizza with no gloves. They stated that they don’t use gloves and they wash their hands. I have never watched someone make my food with no gloves so that sounded so unsanitary. Please make them use gloves.

How does a pizza place that advertised “hot and ready” but orders are 2 hours out. So in the weeds that they dont answer the phone and take no walk in orders. How though? I’m not sure whats wrong with this place but they gave us two zesty breads with tomato sauce instead of the deep dish cheese pizza we ordered. Everyone was in the back and no one came to assist me and the other customers in the FOH until the phone rang. Slow service and order wasn’t right. Needs help, bad.

I used the website to order the cheese puffs. The website is easy to use. It gives you time when your order will be ready. You go into the store, and they have a kiosk where you oder it. You are given a 3 digit number to open your drawer. The Puffs were hot and tasty. Parking is limited.

Has to be a joke. Marinara is $1.69 and the picture shows what I received. Wings $9.99, and I took a picture of the smallest wing I’ve ever seen. Best is you get a Pep Pizza for $6.79, but if you create your own and add bacon it’s $10.98. So the Bacon is $4.19 to add. What a scam. This was for the Employees , and they were happy, but I will never go back.

Bad experience with this chain for the first time, ever. It was edible, but not enjoyable, and DEFINITELY not worth what we paid. The deep dish is supposed to be crisp, not fluffy. The cheese wasn’t laid properly for it to melt evenly on our round one. I hope all of their pizza’s are not being treated this poorly. Also, DoorDash was our delivery service tonight, so that didn’t help either. Mike Ilitch is probably rolling over in his grave. Such a disappointment. Sorry I don’t have before pics.

I do not recommend, I ordered online & my pizza finally came 2 hours later not only that.. I call up there to let them know about the parking lot because it’s being done all I said was “I placed an order online but-“ this lady gonna have THE NERVEE to say “no no no no” & hang up in my face. Awful customer service.
