If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pretzel pizza, a side of crazy bread, and 4 sauces. I got a regular pepperoni pizza and none of the sauces. How hard is it to make the correct pizza and box it? How hard is it to put some sauces in a bag? Come on, get it together folks.

My wife and I are new to Delaware. We ordered once before, it wasnt great. But do-able.
Several days ago we tried to order and it was almost a 2 hour wait. We opted for something else.
Ive still wanted it since then, so I ordered tonight through doordash.
The restaurant called… they were out of dough, so they canceled my order.. but I also had to cancel my order through doordash.
As a restaurant manager myself, I understand things happen. Been there done thst. But this is strike 3.
The manager that contacted me was super nice and efficent.. but my question is- why are we not putting things in product outage if theyre unavailable?

If I could leave a negative review, I would. I ordered my food at 8:58 PM and did not receive it until 9:50. Two men walked in Asking if there were any hot and ready, pizzas which I responded no, nothing is ready right now. I have waited an hour for only one pizza. I finally get my pizza and the worker goes to another man waiting. I gave you extra stuff but I did not give her anything because she’s a liar. Right in front of the entire store. So I am showing the time I was supposed to get my pizza vs in the top left corner, you can see my actual time when he called my name. He was completely unprofessional and humiliated me. It’s safe to say I will never be going back there.

I like this pizza shop pizza. It’s a great value for the food you receive.
Usually we get the Most Bestest large pizza. For $1 extra you get Xtra pepperoni and cheese or whatever food product you desire. There seems to be a big turnover of employees here at the Delaware location and sometimes you’re not greeted in a timely manner or the personnel are not great at customer service but I choose this pizza over many others and I return over and over.

This place is horribly run. I have frequented this location many times and it is normally good pizza but horribly slow service so I know to order in advance. That said, this is by far the worst experience yet. I placed an online order at 6:21pm, for 2 pizzas and crazy bread, to be picked up at 7pm. Arrived for the pizza at 7:04 and it was not ready. The pizza wasn’t even put in the oven until after 8pm. Didn’t get out of there until after 8:20. An order being over an hour late is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. There was a lot of other people waiting and only two people making pizzas. For a Friday night that is just poor planning on management’s part and whoever owns this location needs to rethink their employees.

This place is a dumpster fire. We placed our order at the counter. Then we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes. Then when we asked how much long for our order, the staff could not find the order and told us they would start on it. Meanwhile members of the staff were going outside to smoke. Not sure if it was weed or cigarettes. Loud rap music playing in the kitchen with explicit lyrics. Note I am there with my 9 and 10 year old. We simply asked for our money back and left. I will never go back to this mess of a restaurant again.

20 minutes late, the cashier was actually eating a piece of freaking pizza when she handed me the crazy sauce she forgot (big health code violation), and the pizza is inedible. They’ll never see a penny from my household again. Seriously worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Kids have no dinner now because the pizza is actually inedible. The crust is over 1.5 inches thick and raw inside. You guys suck. Like really really bad.

I started a door dashing order and it took me 10 mins to get here. When I get here they told me it would be an additional 35 minutes for the food?? What? I waited the 30 only because I felt for the customer. This is insane to me. And I wasn’t the only one. I watched many customers/dashers walk out after over 35 mins waits.

ordered a stuffed crazy crust pizza, got a cold regular pepperoni. called, the lady who picked up was super kind and even though she couldnt reach the manager told me to press 8 when j called again to reach them. ive been on hold for 30 mins safe to say, likely not ordering from here again
edit: never got an answer from the manager, was left on hold for an amount of time that makes ME embarrassed for staying on hold. i will be calling back. rest assured im never ordering from here again.
